Great price fast delivery & good choice

I am still waiting for the delivery, the items were despatched 5 days ago. I have been given timeslots twice, access to the company has been left open to receive the delivery. I recommend that deliveries would be scheduled during day time working hrs!

I ordered one pair of boots, the order went through OK. The next day, I received an email say they were out of stock and would be 7-10 days before they would be dispatched.
I cancelled the order as I needed them sooner.
I ordered a different pair of boots and the same again. An email a day later saying they are out of stock.
I had to cancel the order again.
The customer service received during the cancellation process was excellent though.
The order shouldn't be able to go through if they are not currently in stock and ready for dispatch.

Good price on the boots they offer easy to use website quick shipping will use again good customer service

Easy to order on the website and great to deal with over the phone. Prices keen on the footwear I chose and all sent out of the door very quickly. I would use again without hestitation.

My partner ordered some boots size 7 they where showing in stock so we order them payment taken then 2 days later got an email stating item out of stock, will deliver in 3-5 working days once back in stock????

Firstly why take a payment for an item that is clearly out of stock and then why give a time frame of 3-5 working days delivery once back on stock??

Very poor service and wouldn’t advise anyone who needs boots to use this company??

Shocking taking money straight away but then a refund takes 7-10 working days shocking AVOID AVOID

Very happy to get solid gear boots at a well discounted price and they arrived next day. Very good indeed.

Carols customer service was fabulous. I can thank her enough for helping me get my fav steelies. (Discontinued and out of stock everywhere)She thought they were out of stock but she found the one pair on the system in the warehouse and called me.

The boots I ordered are to replace ones I currently have, easy to order, great price and prompt dispatch, then the problems start, the courier used (In Post) are absolutely useless. Obviously the drivers aren't english and can't ask for directions if google maps doesn't take them to the door, then they keep saying it is out for delivery but it never appears. Following the tracking it seems that the courier marks it out for delivery then half an hour later says they can't deliver as there is an address problem, looking at cctv around the units in the estate, they never even turn up!

Super fast delivery, exactly what I needed, very satisfied.

It is frustrating to select a size, be able to checkout and pay and then be told the size is not available. Live stock is a standard these days on most sites. Don't take my money if you cannot provide the next day service. State the lead in time for each size so the customer can make an informed decision.

Ok, well it was not all good, buying items on line then discovering that they are out of stock seems to becoming the norm.
I am happy to say the hunter work boots are the best / most comfortable I have ever purchased, flipping shame after40 years of wearing blocks on my feet I now have a pair of carpet slippers masquerading as a pair of durable safety boots. I must mention Carol who kept me informed and kind make the situation acceptable ( nice people do that don’t they .

No live stock online, ordered Haix boots, quick to take payment then email 10-14 days, no good when there needed within a few days, went to cancel, took a good few attempts to get through on phone, spoke to someone who was helpful but still waiting on refund from Thursday.
Wouldn’t use again.
