Great boots, on time and for a decent price...off now to work

Boot haix airpower lasted 14 months of light to medium use and lace hook pulled out!!
Expect far better and longer for money.

Safety boots arrived as agreed & partial refund applied due to receiving older version of boots, thank you Reece!

Superb service ,ordered lunch time ,delivered next day

Fantastic ordering and super fast delivery would definitely buy again. Thanks so much

Ordered at short notice for a Xmas present. Received the goods in 2/3 days. Brilliant.

Excellent lightweight boots. Highly recommended by our workforce.
Great company to deal with.
Fast delivery.

Easy to order and arrived on time.
Great service

If you are not willing to wait 2-3 weeks for your boots don`t order from safetyboots.uk

Was also lured by the low price that they offer and the fact that they advertise "in stock" but actually they are not.

After the first 4 days I had to contact them and ask about my delivery and was told that they have to order form the manufacturer and it`s 5-7 days.

Chased them up after 10 days and told to wait another couple of days.

After 15 days since I have originally placed the order I had to chase them up again only to be told...another couple of days.

Ended up cancelling the order and going for another retailer.

Brilliant selection of boots to choose from, easy to use website. Easy transaction and delivered quickly and efficiently within the time frame given

Easy to look and buy what I wanted, the only real issue is the delivery service used. Yodel are an absolute nightmare and I am still waiting for them to deliver my order. This is now the 3rd date booked!!!

Cant fault them, quick dispatch

I’m writing this to highlight that SafetyBootsUK is actually trading as The Workwear Outlet ( not an issue but definitely not separate entities ). I ordered a pair of boots from them not knowing this connection, drawn in because they don't charge VAT, which made them considerably cheaper than other places. Who doesn't like saving money?

Unfortunately, the lower price came at the cost of a terrible experience.
I ordered a pair of boots that were listed as "in stock." A day went by with absolutely no change in the order status.

Two days later, having no idea what was happening, I had to phone them for an update. I was then told that a member of staff "had been in touch" (I never received any contact) to explain there was actually a 10–14 day wait because they had to order the stock in from the manufacturer.

Their website seems to mirror another retailer, Snickers Direct, which is where I presume my actual order was effectively placed ( Just a hunch ), as they also didn't have stock and were back-ordering from the manufacturer.

If I had gone to Screwfix, although not cheaper, I could have had next-day collection. The saving here was absolutely not worth the hassle and the wait.

I genuinely didn't believe the bad reviews initially, but it appears they are completely correct. All around a poor experience with terrible communication and zero clarity on stock levels. Avoid buying online and visit the store.

Great communication and service.

Purchased 2nd lot of boots.
