A top retailer who's product, pricing, shipping and delivery service is excellent. This is my second visit and purchase and id highly recommend.

I have the most awkward feet for protected toe shoes. For decades new boot time has been a nightmare. I have short feet but wide toes, when I find a boot that fits it's often no longer available in that style by the time I need new. My most recent pair to die, (u power track) had lasted me since 2016 (not continuous use) I emailed to explain my dilemma and ask for help. I got a lovely reply informing me that boot of the same style name was available on the website and if it didn't fit there was an easy return service I could use to try on multiple styles if necessary. I've been in the new ones for 3 shifts and they're almost worn in. If your feet are squashed in most safety shoes and trainers, try upower.

I ordered a pair of boots that the website showed as “in stock.” Only after placing the order was I told that larger sizes were not actually available. The website should not mislead customers like this.

I was then asked to pay extra for another pair of boots, which were advertised as “next working day delivery.” Despite this promise, the boots never arrived.

Over the following two weeks, I had to call multiple times and send several emails just to get any information. After all that waiting, their couriers still failed to deliver the order.

In the end, customer service offered me a “goodwill gesture” (a belt or a T-shirt). But that doesn’t change the fact that I paid more money, lost my time, and never received the boots I ordered.

This was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend Safety Boots UK based on how they handled my order.

Dont buy nothing here,bought a safety shoes, they sent a used ones,and it was a nightmare to send it back,after a lot of phone calls i managed to sort it out

I have only tried in 1 pair atm the ankle boots. With a gel insole they are soooo comfy. I wear all day as a grass cutter and have been comfy and no pains in my feet.

Ordered a pair of boots by a brand I had purchased before, boots delivered but too small. Ordered next size up, paid online to find out they were not in stock. After a phone conversation ordered a different boot which was more expensive paid extra and was told they would be delivered the next day. When no confirmation Came of delivery the next day, I got in contact and was informed that the boots I had ordered weren’t actually in stock either. Story short I paid for two pairs of boots and ended up with non.
