2 weeks wait for footwear in stock for next day delivery. Terrible service, this company doesn't actually carry any stock and everything is ordered from manufacturers. Everything on the Website is 'in stock' but every order placed is met with an automated message stating it may be dispatched in 2 weeks. Spoke to customer service who were as much use as a chocolate fire guard and equipped with a terrible attitude. The audacity to charge shipping when I could make some boots from wood quicker than these will arrive is a joke. Avoid at all costs. The only part of this review the company are bothered about is the mention of an employees name, not the dreadful service provided

Bought a pair of Solid Gear Revolution 2 GTX Safety Shoe Trainer, very light use as I am a gas engineer and run my own business and just in houses and only 10 months old, started to fall apart contacted as was just under a year, sent pictures through email and was told basically they will do nothing waste of £210!! Would not recommend to people I no in trades!!

Awful customer service. Ordered two items of clothing at over £200.00.
Despite showing as available the overalls were no longer available. They still have them as available on their website and allow you to order them. Second item is shown as in stock and available in 3-5 days. Two weeks later and I'm still waiting. Customer service just give copy and paste responses. I most certainly won't order from them again.

Ordered my boots at 3 0 clock Friday afternoon. Delivered the next day. Fast and efficient service. Been using safetybootsuk for around 15 years.

Yodel said they had delivered parcel. I have not received it. Its not with neighbours. You need to use new courier service. This isn't the 1st time yodel have not delivered items to me from other companies.

Orders a pair of boots which cost £177 then over a hour later they emailed saying they was out of stock saying it would take 3 to 4 weeks to arrive there website didn’t say they was out of stock they did give me the option of alternative boots what was a lot cheaper but no mention of a refund

Ordered 3 pairs - different sizes - online. Order and payment went through. Received an email following day that all were out of stock! Disappointed that the website is obviously not kept up to date so wasted 2 days when these were needed urgently.
I'm afraid I won't use again.

The product was perfect. I would have gone 5 but the posting was difficult to arrange and quite expensive.
