Good quality shoes but size was to small. I sent them back and shoes gone. Post office said they been delivered company said they not. No one wants to help me really. Answering questions take for then two or more days. It's look like I lost money and they lost costumer.

Good website made it easy to find the right footwear. Very happy with the service and despite the boots initially being out of stock, I received them within 6 days which I was very happy about. During the ordering process I was kept fully informed via email and because of the delay I was upgraded to a premium delivery service to speed up the process.
One of the main reasons I would recommend and use again, is the fact you can easily contact the company by phone and speak to someone! I made a mistake in my order and Carol was brilliant. So, big thank you to you Carol. I was very impressed I could speak to someone on a Saturday and was so relieved I didn't have to sort my mistake out by emails and waiting until Monday. For this reason I would highly recommend and I will certainly be shopping with you again in the future.

By far the worst boots I’ve ever bought I ordered size 9 but were far to big I ended up with my skin being removed from the back of my heels I tried insoles thicker socks also tying them in different ways, extremely disappointed

I ordered 2 pair of boots on sunday and i didnt get a order confirmation or anything but in the end it was my fault because i put the wrong address in for my bank card carol was superb in helpin me resolve the issue cant fault them as a company would definitely order again but next time ill put the right address in !!!

I really like the Haix XR22, this is my forth pair but my first from Safetybootsuk. I was kept well informed regarding the next day delivery and was very pleased to receive them as my 2 year old pair were in well need of replacement.
I will definitely buy from them again.

I had a smooth order process online, and had a small issue with delivery (not related to the company).

As I had no luck trying to get in touch with the courier, I contacted Safetybootsuk who said they would see what they could do.

I had the boots less than an hour later.

The boots are the best boots I have ever purchased and it was so easy to order them and the delivery was on time the packaging was as it should be.

Easy ordering and delivered when expected. My colleague is happy with the boots.

Quick service however the package arrived and the shoe box inside was collapsed and the shoes inside had been squashed and are a little out of shape.

first i ordered wrong size .. 13 , (the cofra boots ate a generous size) so they swapped them for 12s.
then they were happy to replace them when necessary.

the boots are really good though. Very happy with the products and also the service. I dealt with Reece who couldnt be more helpful.
