Ordered a pair of Cofra safety boots, received an email same day saying out of stock and offering alternatives. I elected to wait. Took a day or two longer than estimated but Carol kept me in touch so I wasn’t left wondering. When they had the boots in stock they sent them to me next day delivery. Good customer service, good quality budget boots. Sure I’ll do business with them again in future.

Good product, excellent delivery

The website is easy to use, and the postage was very fast.
Unfortunately, the product I received was visually okay on receipt, but started breaking and falling apart within 2 days of receipt.
I spoke to the customer service team, who were very helpful, and was asked for some pictures. Once they received the photos, a refund was approved the following day.

I ordered my boots quite late on Friday and very close to the 3pm cut off time for next day delivery. My confirmation email came with no mention of a delivery day so i assumed they would deliver on Monday. I was pleasantly surprised to receive my delivery on Saturday. Very happy with the service i received.

Ordered a pair of Hiax Trakker Pro 2.0 at 1300 and were delivered next day by DHL 1300 ,Securely packaged and speedy delivery as these were for work.

The quality of the boots and packaging were pristine !

Safetybootsuk.co.uk are the only place I will shop for safety footwear. Ordered boots at 16:00 on the Thursday and they were delivered by 11:00 the next day.

Boots delivered next day after choosing a different pair as the first ones were not available for several days. Very good service

Easy to order the fact they have great products in stock ready to ship whole experience was so easy

Store was brilliant, shame they use such incompetent couriers. Yodel was supposed deliver Saturday so I had my boots ready for the next week working away. They then decided to deliver them Monday but you can’t speak to anyone at yodel over the weekend.

Not sure about the geo location bit but there’s a ring door bell nobody came on Saturday. You can also check the tracking information it never left the depot

There’s generally nothing to say about online purchases unless there’s a problem. Positives were plenty of choice and fast delivery. Boots were great too, sizing seemed accurate, first pair of toe capped boots I’ve had that are comfortable! They’re warm as well.
