Placed an order online - very simple and easy to navigate website. Received an email saying 1 item was out of stock. When I called to sort out I was answered promptly by the delightful Carol who exceeded my expectations and found a replacement item at no extra cost. I would definitely use again

I have been after a pair of Gore-Tex boots for a long time but was always put off by the price, but not with these guys. Very efficient, my order was delivered next day even though I missed the 3pm deadline. The boots are comfortable, waterproof and didn't need breaking in. I'll definitely be a returning customer.

Got a pair of high-end winter safety boots for less than half the price they were selling for on other sites and they arrived the very next day. Brilliant service. Will definitely use these to buy a pair of safety trainers when the weather warms up!

Can only assume the good reviews are false . Like so many reviews regarding boots not turning up , I’ve been lied to about 24 hr shipping , ordered 9 days ago and still they haven’t shipped . Absolutely appalling company , I sincerely hope people take note of this review. I’d rather pay double than deal with this shambles of a company.

Rubbish customer service, my goretex boots leaked but because they are over 6 months since purchase, they are not interested in speaking with the manufacture or with goretex. They have misread my letter and initially denied that the boots were returned. Like all things - it’s when things go wrong that you need good customer services, not when products are good. Rubbish customer services.

One of the best ever customer services. They were very professional and reactive offering options to my order. Communication was easy by phone and emails. The person I talked to was always very polite.
I would definitely be buying again from them next time.

I cannot express my thoughts and feelings any more than the fact she is an absolute credit to your team.

I usually buy the same stock and certain yearly intervals and she is always ready and willing to help me every step of the way.

Nothing is ever a problem and she has the best can do attitude than anyone I’ve ever met before, what helps us the friendly chit chat along the way to not make it feel like the company just wants my money.

Excellent service, excellent communication and excellent value. I had a query that was dealt with on the New Year's Bank Holiday I suspect when the company was closed. Couldn't have been better.

I rang up as the shoes I ordered were out of stock. This was frustrating as I needed them for a job in a few days. I spoke to Carol in customer services, she chased up the order, tracked it from the supplier, and ensured I received the shoes the day before my job, even though delivery at this time of year is difficult. Thanks Carol.

And the shoes are pretty good too, wore them all day with no breaking in. Very comfortable

i have ordered twice , both o f them i have been told they are out of stock and i need to wait 10 days. still pay excessive money for crap delivery , last time i called them they canceled my order after 10 days wait bcz i was RUDE. i believe this are impostors who trick people all the time . AVOID at all cost please. you will have only bad experience with this lame company.

Terrible website selling out of stock items ...part of snickers direct... another shocking drop shipping outlet using terrible sales tactics....post reply update... let me simplify this for you ...I ordered cofra trousers and boots from your site .. both showing in stock ... received an email saying both out of stock ...lead time on the items 7 to 10 days ...why are out of stock items being sold ? And why are they taking 7 - 10 days to come from somewhere else ...if this isn't drop shipping then what is ? It doesn't matter how much you spend on stock if you can't keep your out of stock items up to date on your website....your just wasting people's time by selling items you don't actually have !
