Terrible website selling out of stock items ...part of snickers direct... another shocking drop shipping outlet using terrible sales tactics....post reply update... let me simplify this for you ...I ordered cofra trousers and boots from your site .. both showing in stock ... received an email saying both out of stock ...lead time on the items 7 to 10 days ...why are out of stock items being sold ? And why are they taking 7 - 10 days to come from somewhere else ...if this isn't drop shipping then what is ? It doesn't matter how much you spend on stock if you can't keep your out of stock items up to date on your website....your just wasting people's time by selling items you don't actually have !

Really pleased with my new boots, and very happy with the service.

My customer service experience was great! Really helpful, very experienced staff member sorted out my order. Was told I would have to wait a few days for a new supply to arrive and my boots turned up when she said they would. Price was best I could find. Can't fault anything about the service I received and would definitely recommend the company.

Cant fault the delivery or the product received, problem was with returning item. Poor communication by email. Tried calling but customer service is possibly the worst I have ever had, told cant help with returns ? Meh. Been waiting 2 months to get a pair of boots refunded, even though return accepted and acknowledged receiving them back.
Wouldn’t recommend even if prices competitive.

After a couple more unresponsive emails, rang again, spoke with a different person, who said she would look into it and call back. Got call later that day, and told refund would be processed in a few days. This has now been done, finally got sorted out! Pity it happened as could have been a 5 star review instead.

Absolutely great to deal with this company I contacted customer service with a query which was answered very helpful so ordered two pairs of safety shoes and they were delivered the following day best price on the internet very happy with service would definitely recommend.

2019 recommendable company two days shoes delivered to the house. 2021 company disaster 30 days shoes delivered to the house. From the beginning, I ordered the shoes and paid, immediately after placing the order, I receive an e-mail (shoes need to be brought from somewhere 7-10 delays). When ordering, the shoes were listed as available without waiting. After 10 days I called and it turned out that the shoes will be after the 11th day and I was going on holiday, the delivery was put on hold until my return. I call before returning from holiday that the package can be sent and in the event of my absence leave the package at the concierge, unfortunately there is no such option. Yodel can only leave at the given address to anyone, but only there. Eventually the shoes arrived after 30 days. I do not recommend this company wholeheartedly for deliberately misleading the customer and for the lack of information on the website about the lack of goods.

Rude staff not interested in dealing with refunds promptly. Can’t believe they’re still in business with their awful customer service. I bought two pairs of shoes, had to return one as they were very uncomfortable. Took a week to get a refund code, I had to call in the end as they had lost the email. Then I returned the boots which they received on 28 May. Today, 7 June I called again to chase the refund. Was told it’ll get sorted this week “as per our terms”. I can’t believe it takes 14 days to process a refund. Absolutely useless company that I will never use again.

Do not believe that they are genuine dewalt boots, ordered 3 pairs for yard staff and all 3 had the same fault on the left boot - sharp piece of wire at number 4 lacehole on the inside of the boot. Safetybootsuk not interested!

Ordered Haix Scout 2.0 hiking boots. Staff friendly & knowledgeable. Order arrived within two weeks as advised by staff, due to delay shipping from Germany.
Fault with one boot, customer support very helpful. New replacement boots being shipped once all information requested was provided.

Competitive prices but very poor customer service. Boots ordered with a 5 day delivery promise. After 10 days, they'd still not arrived, and my purchase history on the website showed them as not yet dispatched. A phone call to customer services elicited no information or explanations but I was assured they would be dispatched that day. 2 days later, still showing as not dispatched, so a further phone call, only to be told my payment had been refunded. No explanation, not even a curtesy call to let me know. Great prices mean nothing without an ability to honour a transaction and provide a product. Useless company.

Great product great service. ordered tow items one was in stock so got right away the second came 7 days later within the time frame stated in the email. Both items are really good would buy again.

Awful - returned boots and the online system says that the company has received them and that I am due a refund - but nothing has happened! No refund for nearly three months, and no replies to my emails or to repeated phone calls. Avoid them at all costs.

Absolute disgrace of a company ordered my work boots £60 delivery 3-5 still nothing, phoned them 3 times to be told someone will contact me but no contact to me. Emailed them 3 times but no response. My next step is to report them absolutely fuming.

Ordered Redback strapped kneepads with 6 day international shipping. 3 weeks later I got the wrong item in the mail. Emailed them and a week later finally got a response. A week after that they said they'd send the correct item and I could keep the one I was incorrectly delivered. Ok that was fair. As the weeks rolled by I started emailing to see where my item was. They just kept saying they'd get back to me. After 2.5 months they said they would ship it again. 2 weeks after that I finally got what I ordered. Although the product is exactly what I had hoped for, the 3 months total it took for "6 day delivery" plus all the hassle was not worth it for me. Finally happy but will not order from them again.
Update: The insert that you kneel on is awesome (I'm a flooring installer), but the straps are terrible. They're already coming apart after a week and they're too long.
