I bought a very disappointing product from this company, which I did not believe fitted the description provided and was not fit for its intended purpose (Cofra Leiria work trousers). I complained and the company were not interested. I was unable to return the item, because it had been worn, however it was impossible to have known about the design faults until the item had been worn. I have tried to leave a bad review of the product numerous times, and each time the website crashes - I have tried this from multiple devices. Poor after sales service and the inability for consumers to leave bad feedback makes me want to discourage others from using the company.

I was looking for Timberland Pro boots for my husband as his feet had been ripped apart by cheap new work boots. I tried everywhere looking for them but was told they were now a discontinued line. I looked on the off chance at Safety Boots UK and they had them. Was told delivery would be 2-3 days so husband would have to make do until then. They arrived the next day. Gobsmacked. We were really pleased with the service, speed, price, communication and I now have a happy husband who said it was like putting his slippers on to go to work.

Would I use again? Most definitely. 100%. Highly recommend. Reading the previous reviews I felt it necessary to write a full review not just a one liner. The company seem to have ironed out their previous issues which is great.

Thank you for being so quick with the delivery - one little tiny thing though.... maybe add a different delivery option (ie NOT Yodel), they are the worst delivery company and I usually avoid buying from companies who deliver through Yodel but this was urgent so had no choice.

I regret not looking at the reviews before purchasing from this site. I was desperate for new work boots as my current ones have began giving me problems and I'm in pain because of it.
I found what I was after and thought it was a good price too so I ordered. Over a week has gone by now and I realise I have no order confirmation, no contact at all from them except my PayPal receipt, and money out of my account. I tried to email the address on my PayPal order and still no response from the website. I also tried speaking with the live chat tab and got what I assume is an automated response and not a real person as they never replied to my message there after asking me if I needed help. Will try and sort this through PayPal and get my money back. But I recommend anyone else avoid the hassle with this website.

As like many other reviews ordered a pair of boots and after 7 days of no delivery or dispatch emails, enquires to see where they were. I was told out of stock and they won’t be getting any more orders and to pick a different pair. I am now waiting on this new pair to arrive, it’s been over 3 weeks now. To top it all off my card has been fraudulently used since I purchased on this website. I know it was Safetybootsuk who have caused this to happen as it was a new corporate card and hasn’t been used anywhere else and not left my purse. Wouldn’t recommend!

Paid £5.99 for delivery. 7 days AFTER purchasing my shoes I was informed they were out of stock and it would take 3-5 days to arrive to them alone. This was false as it took longer. All together I had to wait NINETEEN days for my boots to arrive, delivery wasn’t even refunded to me. Awful shop with awful customer service.

This is scam I buy my shoes never receive my delivery try to communicate with they by email, phone and they not answer is absolutely scam they still my money

Extremely poor customer service.
I ordered my wife a pair of boots at a reasonable price compared to other websites, even though I did have to pay for P&P (2-3 days for delivery) it was still a good deal.
The boots never arrived even though I had recieved confirmation of the order.
5 days later I enquired as to the progress of the order. Safetybootsuk responded saying that they had emailed me the day after the order to say the boots were "no longer available". I had never recieved such correspondence.
I am currently waiting on a refund and Safetybootsuk are still advertising the product for sale on thier website even though it is "no longer available".
Read the other reviews (I should have too).

We ordered a pair of boots for our son and, as they were too large, needed to return them. We followed their instructions, requested a size smaller, paid the extortionate cost of sending them registered post (which they stipulated) and waited. No replacement boots arrived. The company just refunded the money with no email confirmation or explanation. Later, when asked, they explained that they had no larger size to send me...despite my clear request for a smaller size. Their customer service is awful and their returns policy pitiful. Essentially I paid £20 for my son to try on a pair of boots. This company is awful and I advise you to avoid them. One star is too many.

I would give zero rating except that i did get a reply to one of my emails. Boots ordered on 4 August. Money taken on placing order. Still not received the boots which apparently were part of a lost order. This firm is rubbish at keeping customers informed. Customer service obviously low priority. I wont use them again.

Horrendous experience, they owe me £55.94 and I have sent 5 emails with no reply. I’m really stuck. I don’t know what to do next. I have never received my shoes as they were out of stock and yet they still took my money. I can’t afford to lose this kind of money.
UPDATE........ I AM NOW GETTING A REFUND! Am I still annoyed? Yes but the phone call I received was very apologetic with an explanation of where it had gone wrong and a genuine person who was bothered at the other end of the phone so I am appeased.

I have been using this company for over the last 5 years. We have had quick service and been kept inform on delivery time. When I have needed quick pair of boots for new starters or site work, just gave them a call they tell you what is in stock and next day you have the boots. With lots of different options and types. Thank you for being a great supplier of great work boots at different costs.

Read a few bad reviews about this Site, but thought I'd try for myself. But what I read happened to me. I had ordered Timberlake pro's and had 2 to 3 days delivery time. A week later still nothing. So when I rang them they said they were out of stock and asked if I wanted a different pair of boots. I refused and got a refund. They didnt let me know all this until i rang them. Biggest waste of time don't bother!!

Ordered a pair of size 8 boots received them and they were far too small sent them back asked for a size 9, instead of replacing the boot they told me the amblers boots had been discontinued (it hadn,t) and only refunded my credit card for the boots minus 15% for the box! So be wary of this company you are not only buying the boots but the box they come in aswell if you damage it in the slightest they will charge you for it if you return the product.
Customer service is appauling they lie to you because the amblers product is still active. I would not advise dealing with this Company
