Tried to do it myself which was a bad idea. Found these guys who took care of recovering everything I needed.

Our company recently had two faulty hard drives that were successfully recovered through salvagedata.

From beginning to end my experience with SalvageData was great. They made the process easy for me. I sent in my drive, told them what specific data I needed and they were able to recover them. They even sent me other data that was on the drive that they were able to recover. Overall, I was very happy with the service!

Not usually the ones I go to for this sort of thing, but so far so good. Price was good, but more importantly hey recovered what we needed and got it all done in a reasonable amount off time. Hope we don't need to go through this again, but chances are we Will and I'll definitely give these guys a call.

They promised to recover the data, and did it in a timely manor. The process was easy enough and, fast and meet the set expectations. Pricing could have been better, but I still appreciate the discount.

It's a really strange thing when you backup drive is the one that fails..Anyway I was referred to salvagedata by western digital after my external passport hard drive failed. Glad they were able to successfully recover all the file and documents I needed as I couldn't imagine what I would do without those photos. Special thanks to Jennifer who handled everything.

A bit costly... but they got the job done. I lost the hard drive on my laptop which had crucial project data and several hundred irreplaceable records. Not only did they recover these, but they pulled all the other data on the drive in three short days.

Called a few places all over the place after which I realized the pricing seemed about the same between most of these places. Anyway, these guys were were local and willing to give a discount and a free replacement hard drive so it worked out quite well in my case.

William was very timely for returning my calls and answering my questions so I would definitely recommend them in the future.

Unfortunately my hard drive failed and had to get the data recovered. Anyone who's been through this will tell you it's not a pleasant experience. Great experience, but I'll be sure to remember to backup going forward.
