The support service was really good. I had an issue with one of the products in the initial shipment and and the team was very responsive and provided a solution and a replacement in a short space of time. It was a relatively painless process and much easier than I had thought it would be. Recommend.

Clear and easy website to use, very good price point for the product I was after.
I felt delivery was slow though, had to phone a couple of times. Luckily it worked out okay but that would be the only down and I’d say leave a full week or more.
I would use again though as I’m delighted with the quality and price of my Vitra sink/vanity unit.

Very happy with the Bath Panel, good quality just what we were looking for. Reason for 4 stars is item was not sent out in a timely fashion. Other than that would use again.

Order was held up due to the unavailability of one product. Was able to speak to someone and issue was resolved immediately by swapping to another product and order was dispatched. The ability to speak to someone was critical, as opposed to a bot or email which is all a lot of other companies offer

Fantastic customer service from start to finish. Our bathroom project was pushed back, and they were extremely accommodating, agreeing to hold the purchased stock until we were ready to proceed. There was an initial mix-up with the delivery, but this was rectified quickly and very professionally, with a next-day delivery arranged. Their flexibility, communication and willingness to help made the whole experience very easy. Highly recommended!
