Honestly I don't know if the problem was with Santander or with the company I went through that required my financing with Santander. I bought a vehicle from a car dealership and the terms of the original loan and financing were pretty agreeable for me based on what I know is not the best credit record at the moment. Suddenly though a week later the terms of my financing were changed and rearranged and I was essentially coerced into signing a new agreement with the dealership with terms supposedly re-established by Santander regarding my credit and then my interest rate. So in general at the moment I am very unhappy with this loan and the terms of the loan and I don't know if it's an issue of the lender or of the dealership, but either way I feel that I was very much the subject of Fraud and trickery and now I'm stuck to a large loan with a vehicle that I do not love or believe has the value that is reflected by the current loan.

Had I not just happened to notice that the payment didn't get auto drafted, I would have missed a payment. I ended up trying to initiate contact and ended up finally getting my auto pay set up. Their system wouldn't allow me to auto set up a higher payment or a principle payment. My loan pays off in a few months and I will not use Santander. To the company, if you want to leave a reply that is fine. I am NOT taking time out of my day to contact you. I am not responding to any communications from you. You had your chance and blew it. If you want to know how to do better then maybe hire someone to help you.

put in paperwork to take my vehicle overseas due to being in the military and they claimed they never received it and then denied my attempt to get the letter authorizing me to take it overseas

I spoke with a young man who reset my login credentials for me. I had Capitol letters but the system put it in in lower case letters. I wanted to get set up to make my payments. Sorry I missed pernounced his name. But he was very helpful. Ellis Smith

I’m beyond speechless. I have called them at lease 20 times. Everytime rep saying different things. They might get paid minimum wage. Rude. Hard to undetanded English.

Trying to pick the right one for me and and at the same time calculating numbers which was honestly my biggest concern.I thank him so much for having a lot of patience and helping me throughout this process. His service was amazing, he made me feel so comfortable, made sure my needs were met and also bought me lunch which was very nice of him.The overall experience was great . He also made sure my car was detailed when he gave it to me. I loved the service and the warranty that came with it.Everyone was so helpful.Thank you

If your EVEN considering Santander DON'T !!! What a mess for a company !! Thinking about a Class A Suit .... Been on Social Media Trying to get enough Signed up for this !!! Contact me if you have the many issues that so many are having with this Company. First off they need ACTUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE instead of call centers full of people that can't understand you NOR you understand them !! WORSE COMPANY OUT HERE !!!!!For 2 days The site is down and I can't access my account.Calling in all I get are call center employee's that I struggle to understand because their English is not well !! I have been told The site is Glitching then told its updating then told its maintenace going on !!! 2 days of this And No One can help !! Rediculous to say the least !!!!

The information on the interest rate , length of notes , didn’t explain why note so high and my credit score. Just had me signing without explaining the contract
