I was charged duty in both directions for an item I returned. For a $300 purchase ($390 with duty) I received a refund of $199.
The item was shown as rose pink on the website but was actually mauve or purple-pink.

I placed an order at Savait.com, order value was US$189.40 total with shipping US$214. When the package arrived in the U.S courier asked me for about US$120 in import/duty fees. The U.S custom duty should be around $40-$55 based on my $189 purchase for apparel. I did not receive the order and it was sent back to them, Savait.com then issued a partial refund of $28. They illegally deducted unpaid import duties even thought I never imported the order and received it, charged for returned shipping cost and also their custom re-import fees. So not only did they charge for import fee for the items I didn’t receive but they also charge me for their import fee for receiving it back. Regardless of their terms & conditions, this is illegal.

I did not receive the item, therefore I should have been refunded in full (minus possibly the original shipping). Instead they kept hundreds of dollars. I asked for a lawful refund. They refused.

Savait.com is untrustworthy. They misrepresent costs, add bogus fees, and steal money from customers. I strongly warn anyone considering buying from them, it’s a scam.

The experience was terrible. I ordered a pair of sneakers on the site with a black friday discount and it was canceled next day because it was out of stock. But few days later , when the discount disappeared, it was valid at full price

I was not aware when I placed the order that I will have to pay tariffs. On an order that was $60 I paid $35 for shipping and additional $47 for tariffs.

Incredibly fast shipping to the UK- Ordered on Sunday and received on Tuesday. Well packed and item as described!

The purse was better than expected. The shipping was fast. The amount of the tariff was a bit of a surprise ,but still cost less than it would have if purchased stateside.

Worse website. will never use it again. will go back to YOOX where there is free return and there is no hidden charges.

Really bad never buy again with this page.

Thought I was getting a great deal until I was charged VAT, duty and an admin fee.
Wanted to return the item but unlike Yoox, Farfetch, Luisaviaroma and scores of other Italian retailers, duty on the return has to be paid to Italian Customs. They do this on purpose to prevent customers from the U.K. returning goods.

My experience was really bad never never but never will buy anything from here also never will recomend this page paying 723 dollars for 2 t-shirt Dhl not delivering putting on hold and needs to pay another 316 dollars for duties thats not rigth if i dont pay this duties they returned but also take out from 723 unbelevible NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE NEVER RECOMEND THIS PAGE
