Shopping experience was below average comparatively to others.
It was below average. They were particularly slow upon return from holiday and when I requested further information, what Savait provided Me was incorrect. I have returned the item and presently awaiting re-credit to the original form of payment.

As regards the return, we have received your return 48h ago, and as provided by our terms and conditions the refund could take from 3 to 15 business days depending on your payment system.

They must have bought all these reviews because the sell fake clothes and scam their customers. Once I realized it was a scam they also wouldn’t let me return the item.

Anyway we are well known company since 2015 and absolutely we don't sell fake clothes.
This is easily verifiable by searching online about us, we have been also listed as one of the 100 best company in Europe in terms of growth by Financial Times.
It would be hard to be listed on FT selling fake clothes...
As provide by our terms and conditions you always can return an item within 14 days and his original conditions, if your case respect this two conditions you can proceed with the return.

Esperienza purtroppo molto negativa
Esperienza purtroppo molto negativa. Ho acquistato un giubbotto di Alexander McQueen del valore di 1960€ un capo di fascia altissima, che io ho pagato con uno sconto del 50%, +10% come primo acquisto quindi 760€. Acquistato nel mese di Agosto per poterlo utilizzare chiaramente in inverno, dopo averlo usato per qualche settimana a dicembre mi sono accorto di una cucitura bianca dietro al giubbotto chiaramente il giubbotto e tutto nero.ho contattato Savait facendo presente questo difetto. Mi hanno risposto che siccome il capo è stato usato e potrebbe essere stato causato da un uso improprio non possono né rimborsarmi e ne rivolgersi alla casa madre per la sostituzione, dopo mia insistenza mi hanno offerto un ridicolo 10% di sconto addirittura sul prossimo acquisto, chiaramente ho rifiutato dicendo che sicuramente non avrei più acquistato sul loro sito. Quindi state attenti quando acquistate su SAVAIT. Non mi fermerò qui contatterò la casa madre per vedere se è possibile che dalle loro fabbriche esca un capo così difettoso e se hanno un servizio controllo qualità parliamo di Alexander McQueen marchio costosissimo.
