Great experience buying a car from Savannah cars. All the staff were great and very knowledgeable. Liam (owner) was great when we came to view the car, took us out for the test drive and great with any questions. Ian we dealt with regarding finance and paper work and was great. Very helpful, always on the end of the phone or email. All other staff were great and helped with any questions or issues.

Would very much recommend buying a car from Savannahs. Highly recommend.

Bought our Land Rover Discovery Sport from Savannah Cars, which we are very pleased with. Antonio is a top man , gave us a good test drive and then left us alone to have a good look round the car ,but was never to far away to answer any questions. He also makes a lovely cup of coffee.

What can i say, these guys are brilliant. Upon collecting our car in all the excitement the parcel shelf to our car had been left on the valet bay when they were cleaning it. Called scott to explain the situation and he located the parcel shelf and had it sent to me three days later. Upon the parcel shelf arriving it was obviously damaged in transit. Called scott back with a video to show the parcel shelf was in fact broken. scott went out of his way found me a new parcel shelf and had it delivered the very next day. Nothing was too much trouble for him even though i felt like a right pain. Such a friendly group and always go above and beyond to help. I will be returning when it’s time for a new motor again. Thanks again scott and the team for your impeccable service. Much appreciated!

I dealt with Antonio from the start, who provided me with whatever info I asked for. When we went over to see the car, we were pleasantly surprised by just how relaxed his approach was, and that we felt we were left to take our own time. Another gentleman, Peter, came out with us on our test drive, and what a lovely guy too. Although retired, he helps out a few days a week, and knows his stuff.

Once back at the sales office, we also had the pleasure of dealing with Ian, who talked us through other options, and the Savannah Care packages.

They all conversed with us like we were friends, talking about family, holidays, Antonio's impending wedding, and more. The car was as described, and once they had completed the PDI, dealt with any minor issues we spotted, and completed a full detail on the car, it was as good as new. Since collecting the car on the 1st of July, it's been "so far so good" too, and looking great still.

Would I recommend them? Wholeheartedly. We would also return to them when we're ready for another car.

Firstly, I’ve been a retail manager for 34 years and have spent my career heavily involved in customer service, so it was very important to me that the dealership I chose had the highest standards in both sales and after-sales service.

I found exactly what I was looking for with Savannah Cars, and Scott was extremely attentive, helpful and informative throughout. After a week of dealing with him, I felt reassured and happy to agree a deal.

I collected my car today and drove from Manchester to Essex, and it was definitely worth the trip. The car was ready, beautifully presented, and I was greeted straight away by Scott and his colleague, who made me feel extremley welcome.

The face-to-face service was outstanding, I was even given a bottle of bubbly as gift (WOW) a full tank of diesel (WOW)for my journey home, and even went the extra mile without asking and made up my private number plate (WOW) Have to say my expectations were more than met, i was blown away! I absolutely love my new Range Rover Evoque and had a beautiful drive home.
