Worst company ever

Worst company ever! You can’t return stuff even if it’s unused and unopened. They send you a return label which you have to pay for all cost associated with the return and not even receive a full refund once it’s all said and done. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Shame on Amazon for allowing them to sell on their platform. I would give them negative stars if it was possible.

Stay away from this horrible company

Stay away from this horrible company. They are absolute fraud. They still sent stuff out with Canada Post. The item we ordered is still sitting in our post office and they told me "be patient for a few days". Thank you Amazon, they "fixed" the issue.
NEVER AGAIN!

Horrible horrible horrible company!! Do not do business with this company! They sell thru Amazon - shame on Amazon for not vetting their sellers properly. This company is a complete rip off. Their products are faulty and they lie about warranties and returns. Asking for a refund is a joke! I am also submitting a complaint to our govt to hopefully stop their garbage being sold to unsuspecting customers.

Beware when ordering online from Walmart

I purchased a 9' patio umbrella from Walmart on April 20. I picked it up from Walmart, Mississauga Rd, Brampton on April 29.
I returned it to the store on July 24th because the mechanism to raise and lower the umbrella stopped working.
I was told that because I bought it from a "3rd party reseller" (SaveOnMany, Walmart couldn't help; I had to deal through SaveOnMany).
I'd never heard of a Walmart reseller, didn't know they existed. I thought I was dealing with Walmart.
SaveOnMany refused to refund the amount as it was out of warranty. Who warrants a patio umbrella for less than 3 months? I would expect it to last at least 1 season!
My advice is not to deal with these folks, (SaveOnMany) and be careful when ordering online from Walmart.
I will never deal with Walmart again either online or instore.

Received a defective walker

Received a defective walker, brakes would not work properly making it unsafe, they offered $10.00 to keep as returning was expensive, why keep a defective, unsafe product, I returned thinking this meant I'd be reimbursed for shipping,$157.00, not only am I not being reimbursed they are charging me a restocking fee, for a defective item, Amazon is useless in helping, I am seriously considering going to media outlets to expose this company

Be careful never buy from saveonmany there are scammers who claim to have warehouse in Vancouver and Montreal but are actively scamming Canadians people with drop-shipping and often when there got spot on there are trying to act very shady to keep the money or make even more money on you

I purchased this transfer chair because I broke my hip. I was lucky enough that someone donated one to me so I no longer needed it. I contacted the reseller and they approved the return but they wanted to charge me for shipping which was almost $20. That's 20% of what I paid for it. I cannot afford to pay that 20% so I cannot send it back. I contacted Amazon who contacted the reseller and they are still asking for $18 and some cents for shipping to go back. Do not buy from this reseller. Their customer service is atrocious and their policies are worse

NO STAR....

If there is an option for zero i would put zero.. i ordered 3in1 potty training set last December 14,2024 it says Delivery would be December 20,2024 which i was happy because its gonna make it for Christmas as this is gonna be gift.. then i received a notice that December 24, 2024 is the new Delivery date. I said its still okay i have ti.e to wrap it and have it for Christmas day. It didn't come.. i contacted walmart past the message to SaveOnMany and said to me that its on transit, as if i didn't check the tracking. Contacted Canpar no luck.. contactef again walmart, then SaveOnMany this is the answer from them..

No show package…

The worst delivery service ever !

My purchase was scheduled for a precise date, they pass a day before and put a paper on my mailbox, now I have to pick it up to a shady boutique/drop center.

Why I pay for a delivery ?
I work, I'm not home 24/7 !
They don't; called, text, ring my doorbell or send a email !
They are very unprofessional and I'm very disappointed.

Poor Customer Service

I had purchased 2 kids scooters for my grand kids. One of them was defective. Informed the seller. Explained the discrepancy with photo, but kept on arguing to send video in GIF format, which I could not. Then they wanted me the bad one without prepaid shipping label. The issue is still pending. It is so frustrating. I would never recommend Saveonmany from Amazon to any buyer.

I bought a livingbasics smart pet…

I bought a livingbasics smart pet feeder that won't pair on my modem. I've tried to get the camera to scan the QR code with no success. I've spoken with my ISP and he said everything was good with my modem. It's a 2.4Mhz which is what is required by the feeder. So frustrating to spend a good part of my day dealing with this nonsense.

I ordered a greenhouse on Amazon from seller "Saveonmany.com The greenhouse never arrived nor was a tracking number ever provided. The same message under item was always, item is on the way but may be late. When I contacted seller to find out where it was they indicated to contact Fedex. I contacted Fedex and they indicate a tracking number is required in order to see where a parcel is. As such I cancelled my order. The seller indicated that the shipping was going to be way more than advertised and did I still want the item. I said I wanted a full refund. The next message from seller is that I will be issued a full refund once they have received the item. Amazon has had to step in as I reported this deceptive seller to Amazon security department.

When browsing the Walmart MarketPlace website, don't be fooled by the appearance of trust conveyed by the Walmart name. Behind this facade often lies a fraudulent and irresponsible entity. I myself fell victim to this deception when ordering a universal stand for my television. Despite the displayed price featuring a $10 discount, the product I received fell far short of my expectations. Not only was the box bent and partially open, but it was also stripped of its essential screws and nuts for installation. Despite my attempts to contact the company through the Walmart MarketPlace website, my calls went unanswered, leaving me in a bind. Forced to act quickly, I had to shell out an additional $11 to acquire the missing parts. This experience opened my eyes: I refuse to be duped again. Don't fall into the trap, don't be the next victims of this insidious scam.
