My wife bought an Appliance Company of America (Zhuhai) Co., Ltd. Air Fryer Oven: ACA Model ATO-EAF26A as a birthday present. Capacity quoted as 26Litre. Ideal.
But it looked small so I measured the oven internal dimensions:
32cm w x 18 cm h x 31.5 cm d = 18.14 cu cm = 18.14 litre
WHAT A JOKE!
As a follow up: The Company have refused to take it back and refund.

I spent well over $ 12,000 on kitchen appliance in 2014 on top of the line Wolfe stove/ovens and Sub zero refrigator. I'm a single retired gentleman who does very little (I mean maybe once a week) and called to service my sub zero routine maintance. That went fine but my burners were not igniting. Long story short I had to purchase 2 burner unit at over $480 TO FIX STRIKER Tech couldn't explainit--said very unusual -never say problem before. Builder said he talked to store to see if they would cover cost--6 weeks later still no answer BUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE NOT REPUTABLE COMPANY, i CAN'T AFFGORD TO DO BUSINESS WITH A COMPANY LIKE THIS--CAN YOU

Company was referred by Sears for repair service. Technician Curtis was rude, obnoxious & VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Displayed an attitude right from the initial phone call. On the day of service Technician’s tone was aggressive & demanded that I go “somewhere else” while he worked (stated that it was company policy). Really?!?? He hadn’t made that request before when he needed my assistance with me using my phone flashlight because he did not have a flashlight of his own. Which prepared technician does not have that as part of their tools?! Anyway l insisted that it was my home & I would not be going anywhere). Should have kicked him out then but didn’t!! Technician demanded to know my deductible even though it was paid in advance to Sears. My fiancée is insisting that I make a formal complaint & I will because there is much more to report regarding his inappropriate behavior. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! What a horrible representation of a reputable company as Sears!!!!!!! Is anyone wondering why their rating is at a 1 star......It should actually be -10!!!!!!!!

Samsung front load compact washer (2.2 cu capacity) warranty is a nightmare. Having over 7 weeks without a functioning washer, another 'service' is scheduled in a week totalling 6 attempted repairs to date.

Not only can this washer not be repaired, Samsung, insisting upon continuing this charade and not providing any consideration for its customers, by continuing to schedule service techs into my home during this Covid 19 pandemic. With little recourse I have used a wash and fold service in our area weekly averaging $125 each use.

Please think twice about purchasing a Samsung washer. If something goes wrong with the machine, you will join me in my nightmare.

Samsung induction cooktop. Worst appliance and most expensive. Turns off randomly, wifi connection doesn’t work at all, jumps up and down in settings. Called company and got the run around for 2 days and result was I could pay for someone to look at it.

Purchased a Frigidaire microwave in July 2017 along with 3 other kitchen appliances.After less than 3 years of very light use it completely quit on me. Other microwaves I’ve owned lasted about 20 years. When I contacted Frigidaire to say I wasn’t satisfied with the microwave I was first transferred to a disconnected number. I called back and basically was told to call a repair person. Repair people change $100 just to come out. Frigidaire basically told me “too bad you’re out of luck”. Will NEVER buy another Frigidaire product. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I remodeled my kitchen, four years ago, purchased all new kitchen appliances, fridge, double oven, cook top, dishwasher, microwave. The Whirlpool double oven was replaced, within the first year. It took Home Depot months to replace it, even though I bought extended warranty,. I went 6 months without ovens. The Samsung dishwasher is the worst dishwasher I’ve ever owned. It’s been repaired, twice. The Samsung refrigerator has had two broken plastic parts, inside the fridge, the ice maker is broken, the fridge is making a different noise, mold is growing in between the plastics the drawer is made of, (there is no way to take the drawer apart). The LG stove top works well, but the knobs have broken and melted. I spent thousands of dollars for crap appliances. I would gladly take back my 20 year old appliances. I’m a 64 year old woman, it’s just my husband and myself, living here, so my appliances don’t get rough use or overuse. I will be buying new again, within the next year. I will NEVER buy anything from Home Depot, and will not purchase any of these brands again, except Whirlpool.

Whirlpool is noting more than ...a waste of your money. Both a new refrigerator a Top of the line "Whirlpool" just 3 years ago. We paid over $1500 believing "whirlpool" was one of the best choices....WRONG !
If you want to just throw your money away foolishly than yes buy Whirlpool.
One year after the warranty and it is now "NOT" keeping the upper section at the required 40 degree temperature. Contacted Whirlpool and it turns out it sucks to be me. Will never buy any Whirlpool product again !

Ordered a electric range oven from this place at 12/2015, The website shows the item is available all the time, Delivery time is suggested for 15 to 20 days, My delivery has been delayed few times, finally the delivery date is confirmed two months later but, broke promise again. I don't trust this company any more and cancelled my order. You can open a account at this web but, you can not log in your own account, the only way is phone call, You make a call to sales or to service you will talk to the same person the only one person and 30% chance you get a recorded message. This must be a one person operated business. Many other review from different site say to this place use one word: Fake !

This is not a real company! It is fake! The phone has been disconnected, and the address is not real. They take you Credit Card and charge it to a paypal account. Billy tried to get me to fill out a survey the day I bought the items. I told him I would fill it out once I get the items. Well that was over 2 months ago, and now I am stuck with over a $3600 dollar bill. I have left several emails and tried to call. I have filled out a complaint to the FTC and would suggest anybody else who got scammed by this company. Trust me this company is fake, fake, fake!!

I ordered a replacement oven from this company on 12/11/15. Late December, I called and spoke to Billy Jackson. He told me that the shipment from the west coast was coming to there location, on the east coast, at the end of January. If you read other reviews, this seems to be a common lie from the company to explain the delays. Billy told me that after receiving the shipment I should receive my oven early February. It is now March, and going on 3 months since I placed my initial order, and I still have not received my oven. This company is terrible! You will never be given any information/updates from them. You will have to endlessly call and email for any updates on where and when your order will be fulfilled. The sad reality is that this information is most likely all lies themselves because the dates Billy gave me didn't happen anyways. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. They should not be in business. I personally think that the people who operate this company should be incarcerated for fraud. I'm sharing my experiences dealing with them in hope that no other person is ever placed in this same trap. Appliances of America is a sham and you should avoid them at all costs. There are way to many other companies to buy from to not take the word of the growing negative reviews of this company. I only wish I would have read more of them myself. You have been warned. Stay away from this disgraceful company. They should be forced to to remove "America" from their company's name because they are the furthest thing from truly being anything American. I expect better and so should everyone else.

Ordered washer & dryer on 6/7/15. I received my order on 6/30/2015. After speaking to customer service at least 10 times. They only responded after originally posting a bad review. They requested to me to take down the bad review in return for extended factory warranty for an year. They also agreed for a price match with home depot. Over the next few months I exchanged emails with the customer agent for the price match refund amount. He told me that the check will be mailed to me in a month and that did not happen until now.

We are very happy with our new dishwasher and it was $30. less than any other place we looked.

I eventually had a good experience with Appliances of America. Communication was not clear and proactive - I placed my order for an item which was not in stock but was not notified in any way. so when nothing was happening I emailed customer service and did not hear back. I tried calling, but the call center hours are limited so missed them twice before getting a hold of someone.

Once I got an agent on the line they explained that everything was ok and they were expecting the appliance to come in within a few days. The rest of the transaction was very smooth. Delivery service called to schedule a time, and again right before arriving. Appliance (I ordered a dishwasher) was in good shape and exactly as I expected.

Also I has not able to see my order status online using my order number the website gave an error code and said I had to call. A clear status and expected time for shipping would have made the whole experience much better.

I was shopping for a washer and dryer and Appliances of America had the exact units available for delivery in time for the Christmas holidays and in the color I wanted which had been difficult to find. I am very happy with their customer service and they were very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. I I'll definitely shop here again.

I had the most pleasant conversation with a salesmannamed. Billy Jackson, when I called up to inquire about a product. It was like he was reading my mind as he knew what I needed even before I did! He was so pleasant and helpful, like I was the only one in the world. It was like talking to a really close relative, he was so warm, friendly and caring.. I will definitely call back to see him again for all of my business. He is a topnotch salesman. He deserves a big fat raise. Thank for making my day so much better Billy. The world needs more caring people like you. Talk to you again real soon. You have a very happy and prosperous New Years!!

I have not yet received my appliances but my customer service experience was wonderful. All my questions were fully answered and I was encouraged to call back if anything else comes up. Their prices are absolutely unbeatable. I went to numerous stores before buying my appliances online and no other store was able to beat or even meet this price.

After extensive research on which front load washing machine I wanted to buy, I found an AMAZING price, hundreds less than the next best price!! I had the pleasure of contacting their FANTASTIC customer service department. It would be an underestimation to say that it was the best experience that I've ever had in my 48 years.

If you like to save a ton of money, and want your purchase back by the best in the business, then look no farther than Appliances of America!!!
