Appliances of America was impressive from the start. Completely professional and customer service oriented. I bought a refrigerator, stove top, and dishwasher, and was able to save time and money. Billy made the purchase seamless, and has been in contact with me to insure my complete satisfaction. He went above and beyond, and I would highly recommend this company to my family and friends. He is indeed my Santa Claus. Thanks to Billy I will have a new kitchen by Christmas.

I did a lot of research...I found this to be the cheapest prices on all apliences! If your a bargin hunter I would start here! Great customer service ad well.

I rarely write reviews. Hopefully this review will save people some headache. Appliances of America never shipped my product (refrigerator). They made excuse after excuse. The primary salesperson is very smooth and gave me new delivery date, after new delivery date and even offered a free "White Glove Service". The "White Glove Service" offer pacified me for another week or so. It sounded great! Trying to get a live person on the phone was virtually impossible. The website looks great, but there is nobody home to back it up. My credit card company is currently trying to collect the funds from Appliances of America. I had to jump through several hoops to get this review published on this website. Had to provide proof of purchase, edit comments etc.. I think the dealer might be trying to get negative reviews thrown out by stating that "the review is not from a customer" or for compliance reasons. Appliances of America has even tried to call me several times since the original review was sent over to this website. I am not taking their calls and number has been blocked. Buyer beware!

FYI, I am indeed a customer with a valid invoice from Appliances of America. The dealer is trying to deflate my review by claiming this statement.

Update: review was kicked back again. Apparently using the first letter of the salespersons first name was too descriptive. I now have to refer to him as "primary salesperson". Dealer is likely blocking review from being published.

In late 2015 I wrote a glowing review about Billy Jackson and Appliances of America. To my regret, I must now retract that review. The GE oven that I ordered showed up damaged...not necessarily the fault of Appliances of America, but nonetheless, I rejected it at the curb. When I checked with Billy a few weeks later, I learned that the product had not been re-ordered from the manufacturer and I was left to my own devices to first, secure a refund from my Sears credit card, then to find the oven from another source, which I did. Granted, it was more expensive than from A of A, but I had it in my kitchen in three days from a local distributor for about a hundred dollars more. Billy had assured me via e-mails, that he would still honor the promise of an extended five-year warranty in exchange for my previous glowing review. That never happened. Glad I have my new oven, but Billy let me down. My advice...go local if possible. Pay a little more and support local businesses. Regards...Glenn in Pittsburgh

My husband and I are in the process of building a new home and I have been price shopping appliances for months. I was able to wait for November since everyone told me that November can be the best pricing on appliances. Appliance of America gave me the best price hands down.Like I saved $500.00 on my range. I just placed the order on line and someone called letting me know they received my order and that they will call and set up delivery. Looking forward to moving in and cooking on my new appliances.

Appliance of America did not deliver my item. I originally order a refrigerator in November 28th for my father's birthday. Was told it would take 6 weeks. Called back after 6 weeks, said it was delayed. Had to open a case with credit card company like many people in this review. Dad ended up crying cause he was so disappointed he never got his gift.

I had read the reviews before my purchase and felt pretty good, but after I made my purchase I got a call from Billy Jack confirming my order information. He answered my questions & explained the rest of the process up to delivery - I feel like I know someone with the company now - it's not just a website.

I buy a lot online and Appliances of America is the only "store" that has it's customer service rep call to speak about the order and go over the details the day after the order was placed. Seriously....who else does that? The customer service rep Billy couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. I don't anticipate any upcoming issues but feel very comfortable knowing that they have amazing customer service.

Having shopped around for a new refrigerator and washer / dryer, I found Appliances of America to be by far the cheapest. I saved a total of around $300 compared to Best Buy and Home depot.
The website was extremely easy to use and the customer service is excellent. I sent an email inquiring about delaying delivery and the customer service rep (Billy) got back to me straight away and was extremely helpful and accommodating.
Overall I would highly recommend using Appliances of America.

I needed to know why my order (Nov 15 2015 ) did not arrive yet. Billy called me back and explained they ship in big lots and my dishwasher would ship Dec 16 and arrive before January. This turns out OK as the remodel of my kitchen won't need the appliances till about Feb 1st. Billy was pleasant to talk to and reassured me my dishwasher would arrive soon.

This is the first time in a long time that a company actually takes initiative in becoming friends and being personable....they beat best buy prices and take initiative in providing better service....customer service is excellent ....I spoke with Billy and he was great!!!!!

I was really confused by your website's slow email communication: no updated after 10 days placed the order + some technical issue on the website. I was think about cancel my order but Billy give me great help over the phone. Great customer service over the phone.

My online search for a 24" Gas Wall Oven Unit was an experience. I was of of course looking for a good deal and realized I had a very slim selection to pick from. Finally found a unit which had a good price and placed my order.
On following up on my order I was told the unit was discontinued. I was very disappointed to say the least however to my good fortune "Billy Jackson" from "Appliances of America" came to my rescue. He found me a similar unit by GE again at a good price.
Billy was very courteous and extremely helpful in guiding me through this process I was very pleased at how quickly he resolved the matter. Billy made every effort to provide me with all the details and quickly sent me an updated invoice. I can honestly say I had a very pleasant and covenient experience.I now look forward to my new oven. Would recommend dealing with Billy Jackson with purchases made from Appliances of America.

So my item has not yet arrived since I just placed the order a few days ago. But so far the service has been great. I am looking forward to getting my appliance and will definitely review them again after delivery.

I have spent weeks researching the best models of appliances to buy. I want reliability, features, and a decent price. This is harder to achieve than I thought it would be! Most of the "big box" stores didn't have the products I wanted. If they did, the features weren't as good. If they did meet my first two criteria, the prices were not what I wanted to pay. I thought I was stuck. Luckily, I found Appliances of America. Honestly, it sounded too good to be true. This store has more selections than we needed. I would have chose them on this alone, but the prices are amazingly competitive!! They are way lower than anybody else. I happily ordered , but I was wary --I haven't ordered big appliances from the internet. I initially didn't hear anything, so I waited a couple of days.

I called the customer service number to make sure the order went through correctly. I talked to Billy and he assured me everything was in order. He also assured me that when they received the items they would let me know. Within the week I got a call from Billy letting me know they have the items. The best part was they were thoughtful enough to verify the color before they shipped my items out. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Appliances of America. Appliances of America has great selection, amazing prices, and Billy is great at prompt customer service.

We all expect good customer service, We don't Expect Great Customer service and it is a pleasure when you get more than what you asked for.

Not only did I get a great price on a stove to make my wife happy, but Billy did an amazing job to get it here before Thanksgiving.

I had 10% DUSCOUNT cupon for one major retail shop but still Appliance of America is better price.
This is my first experience with Appliance of America to buy washing machine and feel so good for me to try another chance soon.

I have been shopping for the Wall Oven Model# CWG3100WH Maytag 24" Single Gas Wall Oven. This oven is for my parents and fits into an existing cabinet in the kitchen. After shopping at local stores, online and ordering 4 times from different companies it seems this unit has been discontinued. Not only the Maytag brand but also many other 24" ovens of this kind. Orders were cancelled after being placed due to out of stock. After speaking to Billy Jackson at Appliances of America I received the same news as before. This item was not available due to being out of stock. Billy made the extra effort to find this item for me. Being price was a big factor in the purchase of this oven as my parents are on a fixed budget this complicated the selection of an oven. I would like to thank Billy for his extraordinary care in this matter. He did not have to go and do the leg work to find an available oven that would work. I am also in a similar line of work dealing with customer service as I am a firefighter / paramedic. My line of work can be very frustrating at times but is very rewarding. It really made me smile to know that there are others that have the same dedication to their job and making the customer happy. Thanks again Billy for all your help andkeep up the strong work. P.S. the oven has shipped!
