Absolutely impeccable service from Grant at ScalpPerfection, always available to answer any questions, great guy and made the whole process super easy. Easiest 5 stars I’ll ever give. Grant’s professionalism & knowledge in SMP is just on a different level to anyone else offering this treatment. I reached out to Grant at Scalperfection after scouring through hundreds of images/accounts on Instagram and I never looked back. I travelled 6hrs each session to see him despite having a fairly well established smp business 15 mins from where I live.

I required some challenging work after 2 failed hair transplants and scarring to the donor area of my head. There are many 'artists' that would say they can do it and quote plenty for the work.

I messaged Grant and spoke with him about his approach to my head which was to buzz my hair off and work within the hairline so that should I ever decide to grow my hair back - I can do. His knowledge and passion shone through after that first chat, plus the images he shows of his work online are just perfect. He shows people with HEALED results in NATURAL light!! His work has nowhere to hide!! unlike others who cast a shadow on their posted pics. That was MASSIVE for me!

I think over 3 sessions I was in the chair being 'needled' for over 20hrs in total. Day one we didn't finish until around 9pm! He doesn't rush you, his attention to detail is phenomenal and thats why he's building his business so successfully with consistent work, understanding clients desires and just generally being a top top man with tip top skills.

So my journey of baldness started at the tender age of 20 and boy did it have an effect on me. I lost my confidence and hated it. So after many years of battling with myself over what would be the best way to get a hairline back, a friend of mine went to grant and I was so impressed with what he had done. I phoned him straight away and booked myself in. I was very nervous and anxious because it's been soooo long since I've had anything that even resembles hair on the top of my head, I just didn't know if it would suit me. I honestly couldn't be happier with the end result. Grant is a top bloke who is very professional and reassuring at all times and I couldn't recommend him enough. I was unsure whether to have the treatment done. I was worried that I would end up with a ‘Lego’ head look and people would instantly notice and with this being a permanent treatment I would be stuck with it. But! After speaking with Grant he explained how it would work and showed me his previous work, I was more than excited to have it done. The result is fantastic and I’m over the moon with it. Grant is a true professional in his craft. The before and after photos were astonishing! The work done on my FUE hair transplant scar was fab, totally camouflaged!

I don’t really know where to start with how this treatment has completely changed me. Firstly, Grant is a really nice guy - which is important as you spend quite a bit of time with him! He makes you feel at ease and fills you will confidence right from the initial consultation all the way to your final session. He is an absolute perfectionist, and in my case has done a phenomenal job - I am so pleased that I decided make that first contact with him. From an alopecia sufferer for a long time I was dubious about this procedure as I thought it might look artificial. They did a great job of putting me at ease. Sadly there are no comparison sites for this type of service so you don't know what to look for.
On reflection these guys were a great choice as there are many amateurs out there. The main man is an artiste. Highly recommended.
