I am really happy with the outcome of my scalp micropigmentation class, I took the begginer’s course beacuse I already have a background in the field of semipermanent makeup.
Thanks to the Grant Emerson @scalperfection and the way he structured the class makes it so easy to learn, and actually become good at it. His dedication is amazing and I am happy with the outcome, I can definitely say I am confident in myself working as a scalp Micropigmentis, plus I got all the support from him, even after I finished the class.

First became interested in Smp when I discovered a guy called Alex Beresford (presenter on ITV) secret was to looking like he has the perfect buzzcut.

For every great example though, I always came across a bad one.

Whilst having a beer one night, my balding mate walked in, "what do you think Brad?" It was one, if not the best work I had came across. I contacted Grant the following day.

The process from contact to completing the 3rd session was flawless. Very informative from start to finish.

During the comfortable and painless treatment, we listened to soundtracks that he gauged that I liked. We chatted as if we'd been mates for years. We regularly stopped for refreshments (hot chocolate 👌).

I finished my 3rd session today, I couldn't be anymore confident or happier with the results. I hope i always get to use Grant for when top ups are required.

After months and months of consideration! I eventually decided to visit grant whom was highly recommended from a close friend..and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made. From the communication leading up to the treatment and during the treatment itself, extremely professional, clean, relaxing environment. The whole process from start to finish has been nothing short from perfect. Regarding the treatment itself , well I’ve never felt happier and more confident in myself. The results are incredible.

What can I say. What a world class experience this whole journey was, from start to finish. Grant is an absolute expert in Scalp Micropigmentation and from the get go I immediately felt comfortable and I just knew I had made the right decision choosing ScalPerfection.

His meticulous attention to detail is what really sets him apart from the competition. I had been debating whether or not I should go through with smp treatment, as baldness is a sensitive subject, and I feared what others would think of a change in my appearance.
After having the procedure completed by Grant all I can say is all of my concerns dissolved, and it was by far the best thing I could have done for myself. Not to just improve my appearance, but most importantly my self esteem.
Nobody wants to look like a middle aged man on top of their head when they're in their prime, and this is the gift that Grant can bring back to you. Rejuvenating your appearance and creating self confidence in the process.
Grant put me at ease from the initial video consultation, through the first and proceeding sessions. I have a slightly nervous background so to have somebody make me feel at ease was highly appreciated. Grant is LGBT friendly also which helps to put you at ease.

Great from start to finish. From the moment I enquired, Grant contacted me back almost straight away to arrange a video call to discuss the treatment, my situation and any questions.

I decided on going with Grant very quickly following the call. From the great results you can see on his Instagram, his experience and his vast knowledge of SMP, it was an easy decision and well worth travelling to.

I have been dealing with hair loss for around 10 years and had a FUE hair transplant around 6-7 years ago to rebuild my hairline. After then stopping using minoxidil, my hair began shedding behind my hairline, so I decided to have another FUE transplant 18 months or so after this. So my donor area took a beating. My thinning hair looked great for a while, but as is the case with male pattern baldness, it will carry on thinning.

I couldn’t do another transplant as my donor area couldn’t take much more so I looked into SMP and found Scalperfection after lots of searching and researching. I wanted to go for a different approach that would improve the appearance of my hair/scalp, without further damaging it. I mostly wanted to camouflage my patchy donor area that I have become more and more mindful of when having a short back and sides. But I decided to have parts of my thinning crown and the thinning frontal part of my head treated with SMP too for a consistent coverage and a denser look.

I had three treatments with Grant. The first two were two weeks a part and the last one was four weeks after the second. First session was around 7 hours, the second was around 6 and the final session was 2.5/3 hours for touch ups.

Grant is a complete professional and so good at what he does. He talks you through everything and puts you at ease throughout. The studio as spotless. I cannot fault the experience at all. Grant makes sure you’re comfortable at all times.

Before going into it I was nervous about spending long periods of time and what we would talk about etc. but Grant is a lovely guy and no awkwardness to it. Was comfortable when we were talking and also comfortable when not and just listening to music.

Firstly I’d like to start by saying I have never left a review before and often wonder how many are made up by companies to ensure they sound good and gain people’s business. For anyone else who has these concerns I can assure you that this review is from a real client of Grant’s at ScalPerfection.

In November 2021 I went to Turkey to have a hair transplant as I’d had enough of the daily stress and anxieties of my thinning hair. Unfortunately this didn’t work and I was back to square one. Knowing what I do now I wish I’d of braved the shave, owned the new look and had SMP instead of a hair transplant but you live and you learn.

I’d heard about SMP from a friend and decided to do some research into it. I contacted numerous companies and even payed a deposit to one of them but there was something not quite right so I continued the research. Luckily I came across ScalPerfection. From start to finish Grant has provided a wonderful experience, his talent and attention to detail when carrying out the treatment was second to none. Trusting someone to essentially draw on your head is one big decision and you are hoping you’ve made the right choice - I did for sure! Grant really takes pride in what he does. Hi all, ok so i had done some research into SMP before deciding to contact Grant bearing in mind this is a huge decision as your trusting somebody to alter your look. Grant is a professional simple as that theres no messing around when it comes to his knowledge and love for the job. I have my own business and thought i was meticulous as a decorator well Grant is ridiculously meticulous and cannot fault his work at all. I would go as far to say after looking at alot of other results that other companies have done that Grant is by far the best out there in regards to SMP. If your pondering over getting it done then i recommend picking up the phone and having a chat with Grant who gave me 1 hr and a half free of charge to explain everything to me and understood the anxiety over making the decision, after speaking to Grant you feel at ease regarding the procedure and makes it alot easier to make a decision.
