Bought a scarf from scamp & dude first time shopping. The scarf is fabulous! Love love love it! Gorgeous blue colour! Buy one & they give one away to a cancer sufferer… that’s amazing! Well done scamp & dude.
Excellent quality! Arrived quickly & well packaged! Also one point contacted them via email,nothing serious! But wow ! very quick response! Think I’ve found another shop to purchase from! I’ll definitely be back!

I have received wonderful customer service after contacting them via email. I had a faulty zip on a makeup bag but the store I bought it from had shut down plus I had no receipt. They couldn’t have been more helpful and found my order number sent me a label to return the bag and have posted a replacement all within a couple of days. It was Amy who I dealt with mostly but all the team responded to my initial email. Thankyou scamp & Dude

Customer service second to none. I’ve dealt with them for two reasons (once in November with Chloe and today with Debs) and I have to say they were both brilliant. Nothing too much trouble. A fab company with beautiful items but more than anything amazing staff. Thank you

First time ordering from S&D. Ordered an expensive Parker in size 22 which was easily an 18/20. Would have to drop 2 dress sizes to wear. At the same time I purchased a dress, also size 22. Wow this was the complete opposite of the coat…. Would have to go up 2 dress sizes for it to fit.

Arranged return & was extremely disappointed to have to pay £3.95 to return garments that are clearly way out west on sizing.

Have to say this has completely put me off ordering from S&D again. It’s like dangling a carrot…look what you could be wearing. They need to sort this out. I’ve paid £3.95 and literally have nothing to show for it.

Fabulous customer service as ever. I had an issue with one item which did not wash well. I contacted customer services who very speedily dealt with the return and offered a replacement, albeit with another item of my choosing and even reimbursed the difference in value. Emails responded to very quickly. This is why I love Scamp & Dude! Thanks folks.

I dreaded going out as I never felt good in my clothes but it’s all changed since finding Scamp & Dude. I now look forward to going out and the hardest part is what dress to wear. I love what this company stands for and all the lovely Duders you meet along the way. The customer service team are really lovely and can’t go enough to help if it’s needed.

I sent S&D a message online to find out if they had received my return as I had not received the refund. I got a reply from Vicky a Customer Service Assistant who asked for proof of return, once I sent this over she explained that I'd used an old address on my return, the return was for £350 so as you can imagine I was pancaking that it wouldn't get back to them. Vicky was great, throughout the process Vickys comms were really good, she replied quickly and put me at ease explaining that the logistics company were still their fulfilment partner and had asked when they expected my package to reach the new warehouse for processing. Two days later I received an email confirming my refund and Vicky had also emailed me to confirm that they had been returned and she had processed the refund. Its not often I take the time to write a review but I feel its much deserved as Vicky did what she said she'd do. S&D I hope all your CSA's are as efficient as Vicky and you can use this review for Vicky's appraisal. Thank you once again Vicky x

I have loved this brand for a couple of years & it is amazing to see how much the company has grown - expanding from online to new opening stores.
Not only is the clothing design gorgeous, but so is the comfort & I love how considered the extra details are; the pop of colour, the studded or scalloped details that make the clothing extra special!
I also feel happy purchasing knowing the ethics are incredibly thoughtful too!
Finally, in addition to all the above - my experience has been that the customer service is superb too, very responsive & helpful - Thank you from a happy customer x

Excellent customer care. Helped me immensely with a problem

It’s over a year since I made my first purchase and, at that time, it was a shot in the dark. But WOW, it brought me out of my own dark place caused by very difficult long term challenges. Throughout 2024, I began to create an innovative new wardrobe with Scamp & Dude’s special garments that other brands don’t quite touch. Gradually, I have whittled down my pre Scamp & Dude wardrobe to a handful of garments. That’s because nothing I now own uplifts my mood, flatters my figure or has the real point of difference like their clothes & accessories do. Quite simply, they bring me joy. All pieces carry their iconic superpower ⚡️bolt emblem stitched in place - a rather special touch. My personal styling has changed along the way too. I feel younger and the whole family love the NEW positive ME.
The sizing is not always aligned with other brands on the high street (often purposely oversized) but there are two sizing widgets for each individual item. One provides overall fit eg true to size, small, etc. and the other gives all the measurements you need. A useful tool.
Occasionally, things do go wrong but their incredibly well trained customer service team and store teams are undisputedly at the top of their game. They cheerfully sort things out in the most personal, friendly and efficient way online or by phone. Recently, Debs on the CS team sorted out a garment exchange so quickly that it arrived 36 hrs later - no fuss, no bother. Courtesy and kindness were evident and I could sense that she is passionate about her role and delivery. Her colleagues are equally lovely & helpful.
You may see grumbles about delivery costs on here (free delivery over £120) but I’d rather pay and have transparency than those costs be hidden in product price.
I’ll be sticking with this brand and without them I would probably still be lingering in that dark place from which I’ve now made my escape.

I can confidently say I’ve never come across customer service like it, anywhere…it’s like you’re chatting with friends when you call the service team, full of advice, solutions, they simply go above and beyond every time. Jo, I’m sure you know this but they live and breath the brand, I’d like a job too please 😊

Wow! I cannot praise this company enough. Not only is the quality of their clothes excellent, but for me their customer service is what has made the five star review. Their response time to my question was so prompt. Then Amy went onto help me with my complicated issue and sorted it with no problem. I’m so very grateful and highly recommend Scamp & Dude.

Wife loves S&D. Last minute buy before Christmas with delivery as promised. Did ask for unmarked packaging which was missed but can’t complain at busy times.

Whilst the item I’ve ordered looks great, as it’s a Christmas present the 5 star review is for the customer service alone.
I ordered my item in plenty of time for Christmas, it was dispatched within a day and then lost by EVRI. After no response from the delivery company, I messaged S&D and explained the situation, without hesitation sending me a replacement. This also went missing with EVRI.
I messaged again to S&D and was contacted by Debs, who said they could try and send a third item and request not using the same company if possible or I could get a refund. I opted for one last time. By this time I have logged numerous complaints to EVRI and escalated it as much as possible.
The third item was sent Next Day Delivery and arrived safe and sound.

I recently ordered from Scamp & Dude and the package was not delivered by the delivery vendor. I reached out to Customer Service and they were BEYOND helpful. They got back to me within a couple of hours, looked into it and when they couldn't resolve it, offered to send me replacements or give me a refund. All on the same day I emailed them. I requested replacements to an alternate address (due to travel over Christmas) and it arrived within a few days. Honestly, the best customer service I've experienced in a long time.

Also, their clothes are AMAZING and as a cancer survivor, I love how they donate a scarf to a women going through cancer, each time a scarf is bought.
