SC Furniture Ltd Avis 

Purchased a new suite from these guys (CHICAGO Grey High Grade Leather 3 Seater + 2 Seater Recliner Sofas).

Delivery was a long wait, but in fairness we were told it would be upfront.

All aspects of the purchase were excellent from the initial visit to their store, help with selection, keeping us informed of progress and through to the actual delivery.

The sofas are great quality and importantly, they were a great price, they represent really good value for money.

The delivery was done by their own people rather than a courier and this was a real plus. They delivered it positioned it were we wanted, assembled it and tested it (including recliners) and removed all packaging.

Great job from a great company, cannot recommend these people highly enough. Good customer service is becoming more difficult to find these day, but SC Furniture really go the extra mile. Thanks guys.

Can honestly say they are the best company I have ever dealt with. Nothing is to much trouble, always went the extra mile to accommodate my needs. From office down to delivery drivers all so courteous and helpful. The furniture is lovely and real good value for money. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. *****

Had our furniture delivered by Michael and Stuart today. Friendly and chatty lads. Did a fab job.

Overall good service, had to wait longer than we thought for sofa to be made and delivered. Ordered in Jan delivered May.
Delivery time slots could be smaller had 1-7 had to book time off and arrived at 3:30. Delivery team of Jason (584) and Rob (186) we very polite

If you want leather sofas which lose their support and shape after three months of use and have velcro to hold armrests and back join in place, then this is the place to buy. Absolute rubbish quali

Required 2x2 seater reclining sofas and a quite quick delivery.
The staff particulary Kitty couldn't do enough.
Very pleased with the sofas and especially the service and would certainly recommend to anyone.

We looked all over for the sofa we wanted and to be honest from ordering in store in Gateshead store the staff were lovely and helpful. We have waited a while for the sofa but that's normal at the minute. Our sofa arrived today and we were kept well informed with text messages and phone calls. The delivery guys Adam and Goffy were very polite and professional. All in all great service from this company.

The company has a wide range of furniture choice and shows plenty of detail to enable you to make an informed decision. The dimension detail is especially helpful. On contact, staff are extremely polite and helpful without any "hard sell". Delivery is advised and stuck to with the delivery team giving about 45 minutes advance warning of arrival. Delivery and installation is very efficient and team again are friendly and helpful. I bought Highbury leather 3 seater and the finish was of a high quality with no blemishes. The overall look compares very favourably with competition. The padding is firm but comfortable. In hindsight, should have paid more attention to seat pad height from floor and also gone for a footstool. Am delighted with my purchase and would not hesitate to buy again from SC Furniture (though hopefully not for many years !)

Had a settee delivered to day by Jezza and John. Phone me up to say it would be delivered within a 1 hour and it was. Great job of delivery and both very happy considering it was 6.45 am. Would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

Mike and Simon delivered my sofa this morning, they rang before hand to let me know what time they would arrive, arrived on time and assembled my sofa. They were very polite and efficient.

Having to wait 2 weeks longer for our order i just want to say a big thanks to the driver+ assistant Willie + Dougie for keeping us informed of the time of our delivery after their Vehicle broke down, they arrived and first thing they did was to lay blankes down on the carpets as not to bring in any dirt also they also explaine what they had to build up and asked us if there was any problems or questions on the delivery all the time they were curtious +polite again big thanks
