Jordie and Chris were fantastic and friendly chaps, took our old sofa and even put our new sofas together and even took away the packaging, over all very kind helpful and punctual, deffinately buying from abode in future, such fantastic service, thanks lads

My corner piece sofa has just lapsed the warranty of 1yr old. But prior to this i had a technician out three times to a ripped recliner. The material was too tight apparently. New part was delivered on my drive in the rain without notice, technician fitted it incorrectly as it didnt recline and he didn't even test it! Another technician came (3rd visit) and noticed this material had ripped also on the new piece, he sewn it and put the recliner together properly. Underneath the material you can see the poor quality of the sofa it is just hardboard and I now have a another fault to the side of rippped material- they will not entertain as I have just lapsed the 1 yr but my argument is that these faults should not be happening in this time frame and this is very poor quality. The customer service is equally as poor! , I am escalating my experience.

Browsing, ordering, payment and delivery were second to none.

Everything was quick and easy, Roy and Oliver were very helpful, who delivered the sofas.

They are lovely sofas and match the description, highly recommended.

Great to find a company where you don't have to wait weeks for your furniture to be delivered. Excellent customer service & commmunication. Today we had a 2 seater reclining sofa and reclining chair delivered by two lovely guys from the delivery company on behalf of Adobe. So pleased with our choice and would certainly shop at Adobe Furniture Outlet again.

The guys in the showroom were extremely helpful but didn't hover.
We ordered Saturday morning new sofas were delivered on Tuesday lunchtime. Which was great service especially as we live 40 miles away from the Gloucester showroom.
The delivery drivers Pascal and Oliver were swift, efficient and friendly.
We paid extra to have the sofas set up and also to take our old sofas away along with the packaging which made the experience much easier.

Made an order with the farnham store asked if this could be delivered as soon as possible. The furniture arrived within in given time frame, Jordi and Nosa were very friendly and assembled our sofa.
