First class Customer Service, from the first until the last point of contact. Employees conducting the pack up and delivery are careful, intelligent and excellent problem solvers. Nothing seemed to trouble them. We have moved quite a bit over the last few years and this, an international move, seemed the easiest!

All of the men were very professional and expert at packing. We were so grateful that they could all come at short notice (a day!) - we would never have managed on our own..
When we came to unpack, we really saw their expertise as everything was so well protected - nothing broken or scratched - amazing!

Super nice and supportive team! They were quick to answer any questions and made moving from England to Sweden feel like packing for a long weekend. Would highly recommend using them for any big move!

Schepens really are beyond exceptional .

During the hottest week in June, with temperatures soaring to nearly 40°C, they undertook a monumental move for my elderly mother. After 50 years in the same cottage, there was beyond a lifetime of memories to pack and move, including years of collected antiques, curiosities, hoarding and heavy furniture. It was an enormous task. Worse in the scorching heat !

Every single member of the team treated my elderly mother with such kindness, patience, dignity, and courtesy throughout the entire four-day move. The team worked tirelessly, remaining calm, organised, and stayed incredibly professional from start to finish . We had some laughs along the way of course ! They truly went above and beyond anything we could have expected or wished for .

What could have been an overwhelming and chaotic experience ran faultlessly. I genuinely don't know how we would have managed without these amazing lovely people.

Schepens were worth every single penny. I cannot recommend them highly enough. We are so very grateful for their professionalism, compassion, and outstanding service.

Thank you for making such a daunting move so much easier for my little mum who was scared to death . Now for the monstrous task of unpacking 🤪.

Excellent, professional and friendly service. Felt reassured that everything was in hand from collection in Sweden to delivery in the UK.

I can honestly cannot think of anything negative to say about this company. From initial contact with the admin team through to final delivery by the ‘hands on’ team, absolutely no problems. My property was moved from U.K. to Sweden, and Schepens organised everything, including customs paperwork. They were absolutely lovely! I felt like I was very messy and had to change up things and they were so patient and friendly throughout the whole process, from mail to the actual pick up and delivery. I would recommend them to anyone who are thinking about moving!

Tracey and Chris helped me out with the whole moving process as it required a lot of paper work.

They explained exactly what papers and other information I needed before the move, and what everything meant. As well as answer any questions I had. They were easy to communicate with via email and phone.

When the moving crew came they helped me load everything from my flat to the van and vice versa.

Schepens made everything really easy. Would strong recommend using them. If I were to move back to England again. I would use their services again.

There are plenty of removal firms to choose from but I’m very happy I chose Schepens. Last week I moved from the UK to Stockholm/Sweden and they were excellent from start to finish. The quote was sent within hours and the dates I requested for the pick up and delivery were confirmed swiftly. The crew handled my belongings with utmost care and were pleasant throughout. The guys were fantastic, arrived on time and everything delivered all intact by 2pm at my new home. They were really helpful doing a little extra job for me. From quote to delivery everyone was clear, helpful and professional and made the process as stress-free as possible. I was impressed that I was given access to a GPS tracker to be able to time the arrival of the lorry on the day of collection. My piano was carefully inspected prior to wrapping, both inside and out, and they made its removal from the house via tricky corners look easy. All the additional boxes and items were carefully labelled, with care taken to ask me into which room they should be delivered. On arrival in France, all the boxes had been given a barcode and were checked off a list by a couple of men who could not have been more helpful. A really impressive operation in all respects from start to finish.
