Sealskinz Lifetime Guarantee works
As a cyclist I've been using Sealskinz products for many years. On one ride my cycling socks let in water. Contacting Sealskinz produced a claim form which was easy to complete; photo and what issue was. Next day i received credit to spend on website to order replacement. Only disappointment was couldn't get same colour, but better to have dry foot i think. Great service, great products & speedy conclusion

I bought a pair of Sealskinz Rayhnam…
I bought a pair of Sealskinz Rayhnam Socks. Id owned them for several months and used them for hiking over the weekend. They were brilliant i could have worn slippers walking through wet grass and still had dry feet. Unfortunately 1 sock had a small hole appear and I had to endure a 10 mile hike with a soggy foot. I checked on Sealskinz website and they did a returns policy. I filled out an online form with my complaint. I immediately received an email from a "Bot" who told me someone from customer services will be in contact soon. They emailed me back stating they would send me a 1 time code to use on their website to purchase some socks. I was really impressed by customer services and how quickly they resolved my problems

This was my second purchase …
This was my second purchase through Sealskinz.
this time SK had to change my order, but in that notification they had options suggested ... they offered alternatives or a refund. They did the work so i didn't have to go and spend time choosing alternatives. Then a quick confirmation, and an update to my delivery date .. the next day!!!

Outstanding aftercare!
After care response was so fast and efficient! Sealskin really do look after their customers! Contacted them with regards to a fray in the Velcro strap on my hat that I bought 5 months ago and they responded and shipped a replacement within 2hrs! Fantastic service!

Good products, Obviously not perfect, but when I had issues about wear on an item they gave me a £25 vocuher with no hassle, even though it was out of warranty.

An item I needed was damaged during transit. I contacted Sealskinz as soon as it arrived and they arranged a replacement that arrived the next day. Fantastic service and very helpful staff. Excellent products too.

As customer service received only vague information from the carrier, and shipment did not show up after three weeks time they offered unbueraucratic refund and apologies in short time.

I ordered 2 pairs of heated gloves for myself and my wife but did not understand all of the workings and technology Despite there being nothing wrong with the gloves and a delay between purchase and our usage the company supplied a free postage return prompt assessment and refund I was very impressed with the customer service

Unique product and excellent customer service
Yes, their socks are expensive. However, as far as I'm aware, there's no other manufacturer of knee-high breathable waterproof Merino wool socks on the market.
I'd also like to mention that their customer service is excellent. After much use, one sock developed a leak. Even though I had trouble locating my receipt, they swiftly offered a solution that allowed me to replace the socks.
