Great app and interfaces with rail upgrades well. Swift response when train cancelled - Eibhilín was professional and polite and sorted the refund. Great app to get tickets too!

Seatfrog is great, never a certainty but more times than not I get my upgrade.
After a recent issue Eibhilín in support quickly responded and a refund was quickly on the way.
If only the rail network was run in the same manner 😁

Great customer service for refunds
Eibhilín was really helpful with a refund for an upgrade as there was disruption due to the heatwave. Even though they must be very busy with queries due to the amount of disruption across the UK they picked up my query in just over 24 hours and processed it without needing any more info. This is the 2nd time I've needed a refund and both times they've been friendly and efficient in getting it sorted.

Massive thanks to Eibhilín. I made a mistake with my upgrade and they kindly refunded me as a gesture of goodwill. It was my fault but they were so kind and understanding. I really appreciate seat frog customer service because they are always responsive and helpful. It's why I continue to use their services year after year.

Booked First class ticket through Seat frog from London to Nottingham. All direct trains cancelled. Reached out for a refund, response within 48 hours confirming refund. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Thanks Aaron

Efficient refund for cancelled train
I couldn't use my upgrade because the operator cancelled the train.
I filled in the fairly easy to find form and Seatfrog got it sorted and refunded straight away. Be much better if the Seatfrog app pre-filled the form though.

Used Seatfrog a few times and it’s quick and easy to use, my upgrade was refused by Avanti as the previous train had been cancelled.
Seatfrog refunded me no problem, Ella was very polite from customer service too.
