Hello, my name is Sean, I purchased the water softening unit a little under a year ago. Juan came out and tested our water and showed me some stuff from the competitor and, and it all made sense that this was the best purchase once very knowledgeable. Good guy took the time answered all of my questions and then satisfied my wife’s questions who has very very tough water preferences so to sell her. It’s a tough job because she wants the water to taste like aqua pana and he was able to do that when the unit was installed he came back out and went through everything we’ve been very happy . so recently, we just one week away from a year of having a unit. My wife came back from a business trip and thought the water taste is a little off. I called Juan who was in the area and he came right over retested everything and explained that when the unit does the self cleaning sometimes the salt has a little overflow and then I have to purge the refrigerator and throw the ice out right after that we did everything is good it’s the best water iand the service is amazing. No charge just came out. Took care of us so in a week will be getting the normal one year check and he said they’ll come out and testthe water again so I can’t say enough for the service and the product. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽😁

Bought the reversed osmosis drinking system from Lucio and his team and they were fabulous! Quick to answer all my questions and make me excited about my purchase ! Installation was a breeze , the plumber was friendly and efficient. I did not realize before how bad the water in my area was until Lucio showed me the tests . Now my water tastes great, i know it’s clean , and i save so much money not buying plastic water bottles . 10/10 recommend !

When we bought the house we have the free filter for our water and I even get my water from the filter for our coffee but I could see a white residue in my coffee pot. But after we purchase the system from SEDNA everything change the water is clearer and no more residue on my coffee pot. So it is really a very good system because now we actually saved money to always changed our filter plus we stop buying bottled water. And we feel safe that the water we drink is clean plus it’s alkaline.we definitely recommend this product . And also Kudos to Juan Guerrero for an exceptional customer service!!

Audrey and Juan had provided great service. Being new to our area, they both shared their knowledge of the quality of the water that was there in town. Unbeknownst to us, we weren’t aware of how heavily treated the water was. They did a test showing us the quantity of the water between our tap, filtered water from the refrigerator, and a bottle of water. The difference between the tests were shocking and enough for us to yes to the filtration. Juan was great with educating us on how the filtration worked. They both came back after the installation and did another test to make sure everything was working well and so that we would be able to see how the quality of the water has improved. We can tell the difference in that the water is softer, doesn’t dry out the skin, and even can feel the difference when washing our hair-just a cleaner and gentler feel. Would recommend their service and the product.

Moved to a new house and realized the water was making our hair and skin dry. I looked around and found Sedna. I saw that the reviews were good, so we wanted to get some more info.

Called and spoke with Juan who was professional and polite; he answered all my questions. I was able to get an appointment the next day. He provided sources for me to read about the water in our county. After seeing the products in depth, seeing the water test, and going over our options, we decided to give it a try.

He sent out someone to install the devices the next week. Installation was fast and Israel explained how it worked too.

Juan followed up in a couple days to ask how we liked the product and we told him it was amazing. My partner and I were skeptical at first, but knew we needed to do something because our water was so hard. We were able to tell the difference right away.

Overall, we really like the product. Great customer service from Juan and Israel. Fast response time and installation. Definitely recommend. 5/5 stars!

Overall experience has been outstanding from initial appointment, sales demo, installation and follow-ups. Since moving to the new house, my family and I were complaining how dry, itchy, and scaly our skins were. We have had to moisturize more than usual but the itchiness did not go away. Since the installation, the dry scaliness on my daughter's skin, we noticed has improved and that is without using the heavy moisturizer that we had to do prior. I am excited to use the hypo allergenic supplies provided as well for my special needs daughter. Thank you for taking the time to answer all my questions and concerns.

Juan did a great job in getting our system installed over a holiday weekend. My skin is better and the coffee tastes great! It's nice to have the Bluetooth to monitor the water. Juan did a great job of recommending the ideal system for our needs. My wife has issues with water and this system works for her. We are very happy with the system we received.

Juan Guerrero was not pushy as a salesperson. He was very informed in the product and he got us a great cash deal versus the competition! The installation was straight forward. My wife noticed the difference in the water right away. No regrets. Wish we had gotten the system years ago.
