I couldn't be happier with my new water softener! Within just a few days, I noticed a huge difference. My water feels so much cleaner, my skin and hair are softer after every shower, and there's no more hard water buildup around my house.

The hydrogen water heater has been awesome bonus too. The water taste incredibly fresh and crisp, and its encouraged me to drink more water throughout the day!

Overall im satisfied with my decision. I recommend placing this into everyone's home.

From the very beginning, our experience with SEDNA Water exceeded our expectations. Their customer service was outstanding—every question we had was answered thoroughly, and every phone call or text message was responded to promptly. It was clear they genuinely cared about making sure we understood the process and felt comfortable every step of the way.

The installation team was professional, courteous, and kept us informed throughout the entire installation. They let us know exactly when the water would be shut off and provided updates as the work progressed, which we really appreciated.

Thank you Juan Guerrero for accommodating us in short notice. We were woken up at 2:00a due to our water system tank making a rumbling noise. I emailed Sedna right away to try and get the soonest appointment available. Juan responded right away and scheduled us same day outside of their normal business hours of operation. My water filtration system was not working, I called in to have it fixed, although it did take a while, a gentleman helped me out was very kind , he fixed my system even before he left he made sure to test the water to make sure everything was working. I had a great experience I will now call in to get more services done he was able to change my filters as well even though I don’t originally opt in for that service so that was awesome he did on the spot!
