Juan Guerrero came to replace my under the sink water filters easy yes? Nope!! My tank was leaking so Juan replaced that and I ordered my filters from Apollotex company thinking that was the correct way not only did they over charged me but sent me a defected filter that started leaking before Juan left. When I was talking to Juan I learned I could order my filters from Sedna (909)217-7797 which is the company that installed the system. I did not realize water softener and drinking system was two different companies. Thank you Juan for your personal and professional personality. I will always ask for you by name.

The Sedna Water Company in Rancho Cucamonga deserves five stars plus for their excellent and outstanding service when they recently installed our Reverse Osmosis Apec Filtration System. When we initially called for the installation, Juan, the owner, was very kind and helpful in setting up our appointment for the installation for the next day. Rene, the technician, arrived at our home the next day as promised. Rene, having over 25 years of experience with installing these types of systems was very efficient and very helpful in explaining details of how the system works. On the day after the installation, Juan followed up to assure that we were completely satisfied with the installation and that the system was working properly. We could not be more satisfied and pleased with the professionalism and workmanship of this company. We highly recommend them to anyone who needs this type of service. We will definitely call them in the future if we need similar work performed in our home.

Sedna Water filter and under sink alkaline water system is life changing. I had no idea how bad/hard the water was in my area. They came to the house, tested the water, and had it installed within a couple of days. The alkaline water tastes better than any bottled or filtered water I’ve ever hard and my family loves it. This company is the best. We love their products and team members. We called yesterday to have our filters changed and they came out the next day. Juan did an amazing job changing the filters and explained the function of each one. He did a thorough job and we are happy with our

Now this is a company you will would want to work with!!! I don’t typically write reviews but this deserves it honestly. First of all, the customer service is out of this world. They respond almost immediately and wouldn’t make one wait for days to get a response. Second, they DO NOT rip you off. Everything they do is with proper care and service and they are not just here to take your money. Lastly, ever since we’ve had the Sedna water filter in my home my acne flare ups decreased and I noticed having lesser eczema episodes as well. Such an amazing company with great staff. Special shout out to Juan!!! Always on top of everything and such a great conversationalist too!!
