Resetting MFA
After accidentally deleting my Google Authenticator app, I lost access to over 10 different accounts, including Selfwealth. I expected to wait until Monday for a response, but Akanksha (Selfweath support) replied almost immediately. Akanksha efficiently reset my MFA access, allowing me to get back into my account without the long wait I anticipated. Fantastic support!

I previously tried to open a smsf account elsewhere and had so many issues. I was referred to Selfwealth and had the best experience ever. Blake handled my account and he was incredibly helpful.
If there were any issues he explained them in terms I could understand.

I have been stuck on identification problems blocking me from using my account for a few years and Ayubi Sharma had used a magical wand and sorted me just like that.
I have pulled out my hair, and was on last legs to close the account but Ayubi has fixed my problem.
He is worth her weight in gold.

The transfer of shares without fuss.
The transfer of shares is often a challenge due to differences in name or address. Provided the correct information is given to Selfwealth, the transfer and update processes seem to work very well.

2FA Authenticator setup at Selfwealth
The 2FA Authenticator took awhile to reset. Should be easier. However the Support person Akanksha Anuragi was helpful and patient.
