2FA Authenticator setup at Selfwealth
The 2FA Authenticator took awhile to reset. Should be easier. However the Support person Akanksha Anuragi was helpful and patient.

I have had this account for a long time and changed devices in that time I was unable to reach my 2 step authentication steps and had the issue rectified within 24 hours for safety and peace of mind. process was easy and quick. Excellent customer service

They were originally one of the few…
They were originally one of the few Australian platforms that allowed for easy US trades. Since then they are now nowhere near as competitive as other platforms and charge a premium to trade. When withdrawing funds the process is lengthy and you receive little to no communication except from automated emails.
Support and communication when you actually need them is slow and painful when you need it.

We understand how important timely communication and smooth withdrawals are. Over the recent period, response times may have been impacted due to the bank holiday weekend and market closures, including the ASX and US markets, which meant reduced support availability.
In terms of USD to AUD withdrawals, these are typically processed by the next business day, or the following business day if submitted after 2pm.
That said, we recognise your concerns around support and communication. If you have a specific case or reference number, we’d really appreciate you sharing it with us directly so we can review what happened and work to improve your experience.
