Where information can be found on the website.
The responses were accurate but somewhat tardy. When I asked when a premium had been paid, it would have been more helpful to advise where this could be found on the website. This would prevent unnecessary chats.

My Two-Factor Authentication was removed to enable me to login after I changed smartphone. Bear in mind, one must be able to pass the security clearance questions.

Selfwealth - a good experience
Post retirement, I’ve had a lot of enjoyment share trading on the Selfwealth platform. The low fees, real time data and easy to use premium app provide all the features I need for a quick turnover of shares when either day trading or holding longer term. I also greatly appreciated the efficient and effective service provided by the support staff and I thank Julian Landy in particular for overseeing the more complex financial and technical requirements. Given this level of personal support, I highly recommend Selfwealth to anyone wishing to build a share portfolio both easily and economically.

Excellent customer service
I didn't really use the platform for trading, however, when i accidentally sent a large sum of money to my self-wealth account, instead of another bank account HEATHER and DANNY were exceptional in providing support and reassuring me that I was in safe hands. My issue was resolved the same day.

Great Experience for new and intermediate users
I have spent the last 2 hours understanding the interface and platform and I am really happy with Selfwealth. The reason I left CommSec was pricing and some CDIA concerns. Selfwealth does not have those issues and the infuse is so much easier and straightforward to use. Setting a stop loss is a piece of cake here.

From Bank to Selfwealth
I moved some of my holdings from a major bank brokerage to Selfwealth. As with any move, there were issues that arose. These were resolved very quickly by Heather at Selfwealth, who was a great help to me. It was refreshing to have someone who cared about my experience, and who ensured the job was completed successfully.

Dealing with a complex Estate issue
I initially chose Selfwealth some years ago as the fees were lower than the other options I'd seen. Where they really came into their own however was when I had to administer the sale of some shares in my mother's estate. There were complications since I had previously tried to move her shares to SW and didn't realise they were in a state where SW had administration of them but the account details had never been completed, so couldn't be seen on the Dashboard. After her death I reached out to SW and Heather guided me through the process of completing the account, selling the shares and distributing the funds to the beneficiaries. I really appreciated the fact that the same person helped at each stage with minimal lag between emails; unexpected for a low-cost, online only service.
