Shackletons Home & Garden Avis 

I found some Vormark Blue bottles on line and fell in love with them. I spoke to Shackletons Home & Garden regarding delivery as wanted them asap. They couldn’t have been more helpful and I’ve just received them 2 days later.
The three blue bottle ornaments are very stylish and a lovely French navy. The varying sizes will look most decorative grouped together.
I definitely have no hesitation in recommending Shackletons.

I’ve ordered two pairs of Cooper Dining Chairs from Shackletons online, as they offered the best price I had seen. Before doing so, I phoned through to query delivery dates and times to align with receipt of items. I was concerned about them arriving in time before leaving for a holiday already booked.

Matt was fantastic, an absolute gentleman. He spoke to both the warehouse manager and delivery team on my behalf. He alleviated any concerns I had. After the order went through, I phoned again just to confirm everything was ok. Matt confirmed receipt of the online order and sent through confirmations emails to me whilst we were on the phone. Fantastic customer service which instills confidence. I look forward to ordering from them again in the future. Thank you Matt.

Me and my husband ordered a new sofa and garden set from Shackletons. After a walk around the shop we stopped to have a lovely bite to eat. The whole day was effortless and the staff couldn’t do more to help us. The sofa and garden set were delivered in a timely manner by the nicest delivery men. So professional, cheerful and you could see they loved what they were doing. Even set it all up for us, without hassle. It was easier than getting my Waitrose shop delivered! Will be ordering again, however by the standard of the items, not for a while.

Beautiful place, amazing furniture and helpful staff. My husband and I went to Shackletons to buy a sofa and the quality of the sofa is just amazing, the staff were very happy to help with all of our questions. We Will 100% be using Shackleton again, for both inside the house and the garden furniture.

We visited Shackletons for breakfast, food delicious and service excellent (rare in most places these days).
Decided to also look at furniture, particularly sofa's and chairs. I later twice emailed Shackleton's to clarify some things and have had no response to either email. Disappointing.

Always a lovely day out at Shackletons, really pleasant staff, nothing is too much trouble for them.

I ordered a sofa back in December with an 18-week lead time, so it was due for delivery around mid to late April - but it arrived earlier than expected in March, which was a lovely surprise. I also ordered a dining table, chairs, and a sideboard, and opted for the white glove delivery service. The two gentlemen who delivered everything in one go did a fantastic job, placing each item exactly where I wanted it. I couldn't fault the service and would absolutely shop with Shackletons again.

Placed an order for a table and chairs (paid a £700 deposit). Was told table would take 6 months and chairs 3 months. 6 months past and I phoned up to query what was happening. I was told the order could not be fulfilled as chairs not ordered.
Total waste of my time. Eventually got my deposit back after making another phone call back and being told the systems were down but my £700 could have sat in my isa paying me 4% interest for the 6 months.

Bought an outdoor table and chairs however there was an issue with 4 of the chairs. Contacted Shackleton’s and was replied to quite quickly. Excellent customer service provided by Linzi who sorted out 4 replacement chairs and they were delivered in under a week of me contacting them. Very polite and helpful too. Would definitely use them again.

Customer Service excellent. There was a problem with the table I had ordered (nothing the store could have been aware of). A replacement was organised quickly. Linzi in customer care extremely responsive. Would buy from here again.

Excellent customer service. Bought a sofa had a small problem with one cushion contacted Shackletons who immediately ordered a new cushion that was delivered a week later. Very happy customers!

Extremely helpful staff, any issues or queries were sorted there and then over the phone. They helped ensure I was receiving the best price possible for the chairs that I bought. Would 100% recommend.

Recently ordered an office chair from Shackletons, since it was very competitively priced and is a generic brand (it was twice as expensive or more elsewhere for exactly the same item...Cox & Cox £850 vs Shackletons at c.£400). Delivery was direct from the distributor (very good), so it also made no difference where we got it from. Shackletons themselves were very helpful in providing measurements for the item, beyond the standard measurements. Also able to deal directly with Shackletons customer services who were prompt and clear in coming back to me. I would recommend this company.

My wife and I cannot praise this company enough after our recent purchase of a dining table, but there was a manufacturing fault on the pedestal base , so I contacted the company and spoke to a charming lady Linzi who did everything possible to put things right which we was highly delighted with.
This company really do care about their customers especially Linzi who was an inspiration and so compassionate and we notice is mentioned in quite a lot in the companies reviews .
We would definitely recommend Shackletons who are in our opinion a truly caring company where the customers really do come first making the whole buying experience as pleasant as possible.

We always visit Shackletons when on holiday in the area, staff are lovely, friendly and helpful. They stock great contemporary furniture and accessories for the home. In the garden section plants etc, look nice and healthy.
Must mention the Pavilion cafe which is excellent, good value for money, serve lovely food and excellent coffee.

We had a minor problem with the legs for our armchair which had been missed off the delivery. I contacted Shackletons straightaway and they had them delivered by lunchtime the next day. Really brilliant customer service and absolutely lovely armchair.

Excellent quality chairs that I got at a reasonable price. Slight problem with one that was rectified immediately. Great follow up by customer service to ensure we were happy. We were so we ordered more furniture.

Purchased a beautiful table and the delivery was so quick.

Shackletons offer a white glove service which we decided to go with as the table was rather heavy and i wanted to save my husband the bother. The guys arrived and were very friendly and got on with job straight away and took all the packaging away with them.

Unfortunately after they had left I noticed a mark on the table so i got onto customer services straight away and messaged Linzi.

Linzi was amazing and made sure that a replacement table was sent out to us asap and was very apologetic for the inconvenience it was going to cause.

We have a table which we are very happy with and Linzi has been in touch to make sure all is OK...Great Customer Service and so lovely to be actually dealing with someone that cares.

I would definitely recommend everyone to use Shackletons. 👍🏻😁♥️
