Absolute joke orders tonight and fair to say I’ll never order again did the order through just eat and wanted a completely plain burger however I managed to take the Mayo and a couple of other things off that it came with so I thought it was going to come plain I rang up and they said it was my fault because I should have pressed no salad but it wasn’t there the staff have real attitude problems and I ordered a hot choclate fudge cake that came frozen absolutely ridiculous

Absolutely ridiculous. 9 pounds for the shittest burger. 3 pound fanta, size of a McDonald’s happy meal cup (you can’t even fefill it) never coming here again. My friends payed 5 pounds for nuggets (they are so small) tiny tiny tiny. Fuming. Worst place ever

It’s not a pleasant experience ordering (or eating) here. This is not the operation it used to be and, in the interests of fairness; it’s the same for the majority of fast-food restaurants since COVID.
Deliveroo seemingly takes presidence over diners and waits are huge for food ordered, should you be dumb enough to stroll in….
Manicness amongst the staff is the order of the day as collection chaos ensues.
Diners are left in a minimum 20 minute wait huddle while staff rush around scratching their heads as to whose Deliveroo collection is whose?!!?
There’s a production-line ethos developing at all take aways which is woeful.
Take aways exist because we are too lazy to cook…..Society is in trouble when it’s subsequently too lazy to collect the food it’s too lazy to cook!
Take aways need to rethink….

Visited Shake shack Lakeside as my daughter raves about it! For the life of me can’t understand why! Spent £28.00 for two people which for a mediocre £2.00 chicken burger was vastly overpriced-Fries were cold and nothing to write home about, milkshake was ok but the verdict for me is still out, tasted like caranation milk and lots of it.
Absolute waste of money after a 20 minute wait!

Got food poisoning from shakeshack, never felt so bad in my entire life. Stay healthy and stay away!

Food was expensive but tasted good and service was quick. We didn't eat in, because we hadn't got a phone with a QR code reader.

Considering it’s called SHAKE shak, the shakes were rubbish :( £5 for a something that tastes like milk. Service was poor and toilets were out of order.

Shake Shack have a major software glitch on their payments system. Eating in? Select a table, scan QR code, order and pay for food. Your own credit card's internet page can state "payment successful" but it may not have been. We were quoted a 20 min wait and after 30-odd my food hadn't arrived ( the others' had ). The cashier could show me my order on his screen and could see that payment hadn't been taken. He said they didn't have time to tell customers that they needed to re-order as it happened so often, on the screen he showed me 20-30% of all eat-in orders had failed in this way without the customer being notified. Lots of disgruntlement, I left hungry and won't be returning.

Small burger, tasteless shakes, cheap paper straws that don’t work, yet very expensive. Not a fan.

Brent Cross. The Fries were cold. The security came up in me and my partners face and demanded we left because it was take away earlier. But didn’t say anything to the white couple who had been standing there eat before us.
We moved and he came up to us again. They were polite taking the order then threw us out once the food came. Won’t be going back.

We had a waiter called Zuber from Canary Wharf and he was amazing!!!!

Zubea was an excellent waiter! Was very polite and catered to our needs. Food was absolutely Devine couldn’t recommend enough.

I have only ever ordered delivery in central London but the quality has always been excellent and good value for what you get. If you want cheap, quick and nasty, use MacDonald's or Burger King instead.

Worse place where drivers are mistreated by employees without preparation and with a lot of lack of education.

Just so so, not really special.

Cold food, missing items, can't call the restaurant to do anything about it 👍
