Shake Shack Avis 

Within a few hours horrendous stomach cramps, vomiting and terrible diarrhoea. Feel so ill!! Avoid Canary Wharf one at least!!!

I was not satisfied when I noticed that
My chicken sandwich had a reduced portion of chicken. I should of had a camera rolling while I open my sandwich, I purchase from cross county shake shack in Yonkers NY.

Unappealing food and very expensive - Paid £20 for a small burger, small hotdog and 2 cokes - really was not worth the money at all. In a yellow buttery bun and hotdog looked overcooked - wish I had gone to McDonalds instead - staff were not friendly either - Very Poor - don't bother I went to the one on cannon street and after my son had his hotdog had a bad stomach all day

Strongly advise not to bother. No order received, Deliveroo couldn’t even get a response when they are open.

Covent Garden deserves to be shut down for good or at least CHANGE THE GM!!!!
The GM has a horrible attitude I waited for my food for nearly 30+ minutes and then they made a mistake on my order but there was a sweetheart on windows who helped. I just have to say she honestly deserves a raise. She was so understanding and tried to reassure me that everything will be fine. I believe I must tell you guys to commend her for this as the GM clearly didn't even care. I hope someone passes the message to the girl that I really apprieciate what she did. She said she is known as T so tops off to T from Covent Garden you were a superstar for me yesterday especially how she dealt with all the customers demanding where their food was.

Great food served at the London Victoria restaurant. We were looked after by the lovely Israt. She really took care of us. I was with my elderly parents and my two young children and she went the extra mile and brought our food and drinks to our table. She was working really hard the whole time we were there. Thank you Israt.

The burger was very thin and small. They make you think it's bigger by putting it on a smal bun, but it was 3 bites and you're done. No taste at all. Not a value nor any quality for the money spent. It was my first and last time there.

Very light customer level, and been 20 minutes and counting for a lemonade and shake. People who ordered after have already been served. Stay away from the Canary Wharf location!

We’ve just had a good breakfast at Shake Shack in Gatwick Airport North Terminal. We were served by lovely Thiago who deserves a pay rise, he’s so good at his job and pleasant.

Okay it’s a take away but after long days site seeing used Uber eats to get this delivered to the hotel extremely tasty burgers has to be said

Every single ducking time i order delivery you people forget to put cheese for my cheese fries! How is it possible to forget every single time?!

You are using cheap buns. Replace the buns with one that are bigger and more filling.

Best burgers in London in my humble opinion

Not surprised to see the high amount of bad reviews here. I had one myself recently - please avoid the Covent Garden branch.

The vegan patty is plant based and they do not mention it anywhere - it taste horrible !! The lemonade is literally just lemons squeezed in water - absolutely sour. Service is terrible.

Raised a complaint to HO via resolver and I get a call from the GM of Covent Garden (Anthony), who was extremely rude - refused to accept any mistake or make amends.

Over priced, over seasoned with a soggy bun.

The food is really good, but once you've had it there's no need to pay triple the cost of the competition just to stand in a long line. Maybe if they had more locations it wouldn't be such a novelty but I don't see them expanding in too many countries with their exorbitant prices.

Victoria branch- poor service throughout and disorganised.

In short: terrible service, rude, unprofessional and unhygienic staff. 😖😤
In long: first they took our order but ended up putting a different burger through and charging us more - despite the server (Tzeni T) repeating the correct order back to us. We only spotted the mistake a few minutes later and when we raised it with them they wanted to charge us again... Even though we had paid more than needed the format timw around. They eventually refunded the difference. Then when we collected our order we got a single burger and a supposed double (which we ordered) but they gave us two singles. We queried this and were told that it was a double. However we stood our ground and the extremely rude supervisor then proceeded to poke and prod the burger with her finger. She wore gloves, but those gloved fingers had touched the computer screens, possibly cash, who knows. We had to insist that this was not a double as it clearly only had one burger in it. They eventually gave us the correct order (I hope they didn't spot on it) but we had to insist that we get a new (unpoked and unprodded) burger.
Seriously... This is not hygienic and when we still have a virus going around we do not want to eat a burger than has been viciously fingered by fingers that have been God knows where. The staff gave us filthy looks all the way through our meal which was unpleasant, not to mention unprofessional.
In addition the glass they gave us was filthy and had greasy finger prints all over it (as shown in the photo).

Will not return but staff really need to be trained in customer service and hygiene.

Ordered a double burger fries and coke at the Istanbul airport branch and found a long black hair in my burger patty

Randomly change their closing time
Came to the Covent Garden branch and all the doors shut up at 10pm when they are meant to be open until 11pm.
We tried to order during the day and there was an hour wait for food.
Will avoid Covent Garden branch very rude staff and so very dirty
