Shake Shack Avis 

It’s actually a pretty great burger joint that I discovered for myself fairly recently.
I'd even say that among the burgers I have tried, Shake Shack is up there at the top.
It can certainly compete with the gourmet burger places.

London Victoria branch, very average food, VERY overpriced, very moody staff, and the refuse to take real money.

I will never eat at one of these places again.

Went to the new one in GrandPrairie TX and UT was awful 😖. The burgers were tiny the lettuce and everything was half off the burger and it was not even warm and the fries were almost cold. The shakes were like milk and just didn't taste right. Also it was very expensive for a fast food place. Will not go back!!!! Ever!!!!

Absolutely awful - no other words. Expensive rip off prices for probably the worst breakfast bun I’ve ever had the mispleasure of eating. And the latte wasn’t much better

So my girlfriend and I stopped by this one NEW BALTIMORE I-87 - Milepost 127 NB/SB. She was hungry so she got in line and the dude screams at her saying we’re closed and practically embarrassed her. Then she runs back in to go pee as he was taking 2 other peoples orders. Like why would you lie. We haven’t eaten in a couple hours what a dick.

Very expensive for such small burger. Fries are so ordinary Patty is tiny. Nothing special about this place. I’d rather go to FIVE GUYS. One of the staff were super friendly and made my experience unique. He was of course the only American :)

I’d pay £8 inc fries. Not more

Ordered the veggie burger. It was so salty! Made me sick and couldn’t eat more than a couple of bites. Will never order it again. However the non dairy shake and fries were really good.

Good fried chicken and friendly staff. Finlaye was really nice.

Something was wrong with the food on Saturday. Came here with some girlfriends around 2:30 in the afternoon and the meat tasted foul it even smelt off the moment wepicked up our trays. First time having shake shack in the uk and i think it will be my last. are the chains operated by franchisees that might be cutting corners with standards/produce or are they all run corporately? When spending this amount of $$$ i expect a good standard of food.

This is a horrible place to eat or work at they show favoritism and will lie on you to fire you I got lied on multiple times they said I got cheese when I paid for my cheese and had the receipt they said I said something I didn’t say when they asked other witnesses and they told them no I didn’t say it they went off one person and still wrote me up the managers play favoritism so bad jhean a manager ran me down after I stayed to help and told me that I couldn’t sit down and eat something real fast I had to clock out to eat the next week another employer stayed and she asked him did he want to take a 15 so if he could take a 15 why couldn’t I they let the manager miss vee come to work with her hygiene awful it’s no way you a manager and your breath and body smells like cow manure every day and multiple employees say this she plays favoritism also with the young boys mason the gm is a liar and will dismiss and lie and say he will do something and it will never get done for a manager he is very dismissive even to customers if you go in there to eat you will wait 2 hours with no explanation for them to just open the management even down to the owner Joanne is horrible she treats the workers like they are in the army or boot camp nun of what they promote in orientation is true like the respect they have a young man name chip that Mrs vee and jhean let talk to females any kind of way he is very aggressive some of the young girls that are still in school says he is a pervert he told me I needed to do my job and he will do whatever it takes to get to 20 dollars when I told them about this nothing was said or done they say in orientation that they cross train you and don’t leave you in the same spot I had to beg to get out of expo and when I did say something I was dismissed by mason and told he thinks that’s where I’m needed at the managers jhean and vee will see the orders backed up and in red instead of them helping they will keep coming to you saying oh my drive thru experience number should be this but again will not help Mrs vee sits in the office half her shift one day the orders was backed up bad I went and told jhean she stated that Mrs vee was suppose to help me instead Mrs vee did nothing half the orders are messed up and the burgers are pink even if you asked for well done they started door dash and even they wait 2 hours to receive there food like I stated before this place is horrible to eat or work at if you think I’m lien go there and see

Shake Shack in the Charlotte NC airport is excellent! Especially want to note the exceptional customer service from Assian and Toni. They went above and beyond and infused my extremely challenging trip with hope and humanity. Thank you, Bravo!

Leicester Sq branch. What an awful experience. Just very overpriced version of McDonald's and food was worse. Appalling tasteless milkshakes, way inferior to McD's. Everything was an add -on with the price going crazy compared to McD's. Nearly £6 for fries with an appalling plastic cheese topping. My daughter had one chip and threw the rest away. Dirty toilets. I had an upset stomach the day after. Rubbish and a rip off-AVOID!

Shake Shack opened a new branch in Clapham Common. They posted flyers all across the high street offering a free meal. However they are refusing to honour the offer. Cheap stunt which backfired because I won’t be going back there.

As good as the hamburger is we were so taken back by the tip begging for orders to go. When we asked why the pinpad was asking for a tip on a to go order the young man told us they were not paid very well so they had to ask for tips. This makes sense for Shake Shack but we are very uncomfortable that they do not treat their workers fairly. This is never accepted in our country.

How can we live in a world where the masterpiece of fast-food doesn't have 5 star. They just made the best burger, the best fries and milkshake. Honestly.

it was my first experience at shack i really loved it staff so friendly they have welcomed me. talked me through their menu and recommendation great call i will definately come back , food also was mouth watering.
