Shake Shack Avis 

This was Wendy's but 10x more expensive. What a waste of money $28 for 2 single burgers 1 fry and 1 juice drink. It honestly tasted just like Wendy's and you have to order online or on a screen.

Massively overpriced, £35 for a small (dry) chicken burger and an ok cheeseburger, two portions of average fries and one coke. Went to the Victoria Shake Shack in London and the toilets were particularly grim.
Really disappointed.

Always the best fries and an excellent

Decent but pricey , the quality was better than expected.
Staff worked very quickly

1 Avacado bacon burger and 1 chocolate shake costing me $17 is insane. I went to give it a try, but thought maybe I'd get fries as a side with my burger. My little burger is in a big paper bag which also looks like a waste. The taste was great, but I can't look past the price to go again.

Food came relatively fast. As soon as i took my first bite of the burger my body was already halfway in heaven. The best food ive ever eaten.Bless whoever made that gracious food. Ill be back next week

£21 for a tasteless chicken burger and fries. What a joke. Staff walk around constantly bothering you to write reviews, well here it is: terrible food, not left in peace to eat it, an absolute rip off, avoid!

Total rip off !! Went to see a show in London afterwards my daughter wanted to go to shake shack in Victoria for a burger well what can I say over hyped and over priced I had 6 chicken nuggets which were tepid and tasteless. Some chipotle crinkle cut chips which were awful. Cost £32 which I could have had a better meal at Mac Donald’s. Don’t waste your money will definitely not go to a shake shake ever again !! Also there toilets should come with government health warning. 🤢🤮

I went to Shake Shack on Argyll Street. Never again!!
1. When ordering on a touch screen they wanted address, phone, number email!!! I only wanted a cheeseburger so skipped the data and paid. A font 2 receipt on the screen confirmed my order with a 6 digit number which I onbiously did not record

2. Went to the counter and my order was not there. Showed the bank transaction, They called the manager. 10 minutes later I get a cheeseburger the size of McDonalds, just 7x more expensive £8.95 for a patty, cheese and bun...no sauce, nothing!!

3. Returned to the counter asking why the pictures showed lettuce/tomatoes/sauce/ect...I was told, you asked for a cheeseburger!!! Luckily the manager was smart enough to change it

Overall, 10 minutes to get a cheeseburger the size & quality of McDonalds just 6x more expensive.

This was hands down the worst food and fast food both my friend and I have ever had.

Burgers, fries, ordering, delivery everything was vile.

Shake shack Oxford

Stay away. Food overpriced. Taste underwhelming. Just not worth the hype. Party of 8 agreed. Ordering experience even worse.

The chicken shack was satisfactory.
The fresh lemonade was good but stop cheating by filling the cup with 60% of ice cubes then the rest the juice.
This should be called food dishonesty!

Our party of 10 of visited the Shake Shack in Canary Wharf. We were looked after by a gentleman called Zuber who was excellent. Our food arrived promptly and all the diffferent burgers and drinks were sorted in their respective categories by Zuber which made it very easy to distribute. Altogether an excellent experience and we will return.

Please don’t waste your time and money on their burgers.
Beef patties were dryer than Trill Burgers, and they didn’t even toast their buns.
On top of coming short of mediocre, they give you crinkle fries.
So disappointed.

I ordered a vegetarian burger in Gatwick airport and a lemonade and both were excellent. And the staff were very kind and helpful.
The area was clean and a very kind staff came to clean my table.

Ordered 2 cheese Hamburgers, one single,one double, plus drink and fries, Both burgers were flat and burned Very disappointed for quality..For the 28 dollars I paid for burned paper thin burgers..I wasted my money..I will never come here again! R.Sosa
