Can’t deliver on time and won’t accept responsibility.
Promised delivery deadline was not met. When I called they said the item was held up in customs. Due to the delay I no longer needed the item but Shapeshe refused to accept a return - best offer was a 10% credit. They clearly should not be selling in the US as they cannot meet their delivery promises and are unwilling to accept responsibility for their delays.

Scam. Terrible customer experience …
I ordered 2 pair of pants in their smallest size. They were too big and just all around unflattering on me. I wanted to return the item, I was told I could not return them because they ship out of China and the customer is responsible for return shipping. That the items risk getting caught up in customs and I would incur more fees on top of it to return it. They offered me 20% on ordering 2 new pair to see if those would fit. What a preposterous proposal. I already ordered the smallest size (2 pair= $84) so there is literally nowhere to go from there since they don't have any sizes smaller. When I said this is dissatisfactory, that I wanted my money back, they offered only 10% refund because their profit is only 10%. Such an unprofessional company that must be struggling.

Absolutely DO NOT BUY, they will NOT accept returns, or give refunds. Just 20% on your next purchase. Disgusting. Swimwear was cheap quality, and shipping was NOT ideal. UPDATE: they offered me 30% off to take down this review and still no refund, I even offered to pay for the shipping to get a full refund. They will not accept refunds DO NOT I REPEAT do NOT buy.

Nie wieder Betrug
Nie wieder – intransparent, verspätet und kundenunfreundlich!
Ich habe bei Shapshe bestellt – die Ware kam viel zu spät, deutlich nach dem angegebenen Lieferzeitraum. Ich habe sie nicht mal ausgepackt, weil ich sie direkt zurückschicken wollte.
Aber:
➡️ Auf meine Rückgabeanfrage wird überhaupt nicht eingegangen.
➡️ Stattdessen wird mir ein lächerlicher Rabatt von 10–15 % auf die nächste Bestellung angeboten – die ich ganz sicher nicht tätigen werde.
➡️ Die Rücksendung muss ich auf eigene Kosten nach China schicken – obwohl das auf der Website nirgendwo transparent kommuniziert wird.
➡️ Keine klare Firmenadresse, kein Impressum im Sinne der europäischen Standards – extrem undurchsichtig und unseriös.
Ich empfinde das als täuschend für europäische Verbraucher:innen. Rückgabe, Kundenservice, Transparenz – all das ist nicht auf den EU-Markt ausgelegt.
Nie wieder Shapshe. Ich habe nun PayPal eingeschaltet und die europäische Verbraucherzentrale informiert.

Die Ware ist totaler Schrott und die Seite lockt mit falschen Versprechen. “Problemlose Rücksendung” ist nichts anderes als glatter Betrug! Ich werde versuchen, das Geld über PayPal zurück zu bekommen und kann das allen Kunden ebenfalls raten.
Die bestellten Artikel sind der letzte Mist! Der Kundenservice ist unterirdisch! 👎👎👎

Bad sizing and bad customer service
I ordered bras in my correct size but did not fit. The sizing is more for Asian women. I can't return the items or exchange them unless I pay the shipping. I will not be buying from this company again. Bad customer service.

If I could give a -0 I would! The swimsuit saga continues. Shapshe will NOT give instructions on returning the swimsuit I purchased that was too large. In the previous review Shapshe customer service wrote a response to my review. In their response Shapshe asked that I contact their customer service to have the matter resolved. This appears to be a generic computer generated response. It's a smoke screen for people that read the negative reviews about their company.
I reached out and have NOT heard one word from them. This is a dishonest company who does NOT honor their return policy. DO NOT waste your money with this company.

Die Ware passt nicht und sie möchten die Ware nicht zurück nehmen,da angeblich die Kosten für mich zu hoch sind.
Laut Netz ist der Sitz in Deutschland.
Find es unmöglich.. habe 64 euro bezahlt und die wollen mir nur 15% zurück erstatten.

Finger weg!!!!
Leider muss man einen Stern geben, eigentlich verdient dieser Anbieter gar keinen Stern. Die Ware sieht absolut nicht so aus wie auf den Bildern. Rückgabe ist eine Katastrophe. Nach wochenlangem E-Mail Verkehr, hab ich endlich mal eine Rücksendeadresse bekommen. Und Überraschung es muss nach China. Kosten muss man natürlich selber tragen. Das Paket lag monatelang beim Zoll, weil der Verkäufer sich nicht um die Abholung gekümmert hat. Ende vom Lied war, dass das Paket vernichtet wurde. Nach einigen Diskussionen und Eröffnung eines Falls bei Paypal, habe ich eine Rückerstattung iHv 100 Euro bekommen (Kaufpreis lag bei 150 Euro), die Kosten für die Retoure iHv 35 Euro abgezogen, bleiben mir 65 Euro von der Erstattung. Einfach nur die größte Abzocke.

Never received order
I have been reaching out to this company and have not received a response. I put my order in on June 7th and still haven’t received a tracking number or my order I am very disappointed in this company I spent 102.00 and never received anything!! I was looking to purchasing more from this company but I am scared I’m going to ripped off again!!

Seit Tagen schriebe ich mit dem Kundenservice, weil ich meine Bestellung zurück geben möchte und die wollen mich mit billigen Rabatten vertrösten und zu weiteren käufen verleiten.
Erst nachdem ich mit dem Anwalt gedroht habe, wird mir die Rücksendeadresse zugeschickt und dann wird auch noch behauptet mir würden nur 15 % Rückerstattung zustehen. Rücksendeadresse natürlich natürlich in China!
