Shapshe doesn’t’t even deserve one star. The worst company ever! The merchandise is very cheap. They make you return it to China, but try to convince you not to do so and to keep it and they’ll give you $10 off. It is a total scam. Do not buy from this company. There’s nothing on the website that states returns have to be made to China. Run from this company.

Update: I do not recommend ordering
Following my previous post, the company reached out and offered me a 30% refund on the condition that I remove my review from this site. I find it incredibly unethical that instead of taking responsibility or improving their service, they’re trying to suppress honest feedback through partial refunds. I’m honestly shocked they’re still in business. Their practices say a lot about how they treat customers behind the scenes.

So einen Stress bei Umtausch noch nie erlebt.
Normal lese ich bei mir unbekannten Versendern die Bewertungen bei Trustpilot an,immer gut mit gefahren.
Habe es erstmals versäumt……..
Versuchte sofort zu stornieren,funktioniert nicht. Also voller Hoffnung was kommt.
Teil war Stoffmässig ok. Allerdings eine 2,00Meter Frau ohne Busen hätte sich freuen können.
Nach vielen hin und her,sowie in Kenntnisetzung dessen was ich an €verliere,immer noch keine Antwort zu der Frage wohin ich meine Ware zurückschicken kann. Habe Pay PAL mit Klärung beauftragt. Übe mich in Geduld.Gelernthabe ich !!!!

Händler verkauft Produkte mit zugesicherten Eigenschaften und diese werden nicht eingehalten. Auch die Kommunikation ist unterirdisch! Will nur neu verkaufen nicht umtauschen. Achtung Umtausch quasi unmöglich da man sich selbst um die Fracht kümmern muss.wer billig kauft kauft halt zweimal 🤣

This company gives an incorrect size…
This company gives an incorrect size guide, you have to wait almost a month for the girdle to arrive because they bring it from China and according to them they are "Colombian" girdles, when the wrong product arrives, the solution they offer you is only a minimum percentage discount for another purchase since returning the product is at your expense and you run the risk that they keep it and you have to pay taxes. I definitely would not buy it again, there is no way I will do it again.

A SCAM — they promise a return policy on their website, charge large prices and send terrible quality/sizes products, and then refuse to give you a return label (instead offering a small discount to buy another item.. no thanks!)
They’re based in China and won’t accept returns or give you the return address EVEN when you reach out to their email. I will now have to dispute through the bank—SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.

Finger weg!!!!!! Größentabelle stimmt absolut nicht! Ware muss nach China zurückgeschickt werden, auf eigene Kosten!!!! Es gibt auch nach Reklamationen keine Rücksendeadresse in Europa, nur China!!!
Die Rücksendekosten sind enorm und übersteigen den Warenwert bei weitem. Ob die Ware dann überhaupt dort in China ankommt und man überhaupt Geld zurück bekommen würde, wäre sehr fraglich. Habe mein Lehrgeld bezahlt!

The worst site on the planet
My wife bought 3 bras from this website. When you open the site it looks like a European site. They also said you can return the items without any problems.
The items came and it turned out that the size wasn’t correct. So we wanted to return them and get our money back. We could only return them to an address in China. They offered to repay us 15%.
In short, we didn’t agree and went to PayPal to get the money back. PayPal decided in favor of the seller. So now we’re stuck with 3 bad, useless bras and I’m 60€ out of pocket.
The website is a scam. Bad products. Bad customer service. No support from PayPal. Thanks a lot for absolutely nothing.

Vorsicht vor diesem Verkäufer!!!
Habe im Februar 2025 eine große Bestellung geordert. Leider entsprachen die Größen nicht dem deutschen Standard, deshalb habe ich versucht die Ware zu retournieren. Leider war dies nicht möglich, obwohl es sehr aufwendig war und die Ware auch nach China zurückgesandt wurde. Aber der Verkäufer hat sie nicht angekommen. So bin ich auf 350 € zzgl. Auslands- und Zollgebühren sitzen geblieben. Ich kann nur sagen, Finger weg von diesem Unternehmen!!!
