On top of that, people who purchased their products through my promotions complained that they never received their orders, which put me in an even worse position. I have already filed a lawsuit against them and will fight for all of my rights.

Dieser eine Stern ist schon zu viel. Sind voll übers Ohr gehauen worden. Werde mich jetzt an mein Kreditinstitut wenden müssen. Es wurde unter einen anderen Namen geld abgebucht und dann auch noch ein anderer Betrag den ich nicht nachvollziehen kann. Zu vor wurde gesagt ihr Artikel ist leider nicht lieferbar, suchen sie sich ein neues aus. Dachten oh wie schön, haben auch eine gute Bewertung abgegeben. Am nächsten Tag der selbe Müll und darauf die angeschrieben und keine Antwort. Boah bin ich geladen was ein Betrüger lade. Abstand nehmen und bloß nichts bestellen bei den Verbrechern. Betrüger nennt man sowas ohne Worte.

I also regret ordering from them. Unfortunately, I didn’t check the reviews before placing my order—if I had, I definitely wouldn’t have chosen them. I ordered a specific item from them two weeks ago. Today I received the package, but it contained a completely different product. I could hardly believe my eyes. I immediately contacted customer service, stating that I obviously want my money back and expect to be able to return the package—which I did not order—free of charge. I’m curious to see when (or if) they’ll reply and whether they’ll have the decency not to just steal my money.

Ordered almost three weeks ago paid for express shipping and still don’t have items or any tracking information ordered for my class reunion and had to run to store and find something last minute because the order is still not here and looking at the return policy they don’t even try to refund your money without hassle I will not order from them and if you need anything on time don’t wait on them once items arrive I will review the quality but this is for the service.

I ordered a product over a month ago. I contacted them and they have no record of it. The customer service person emailed that they were looking into it, then nothing. They have a refund policy but they don’t honor it. UPDATE: 8/26/25-Shapshe asked me to remove my review & my money would be refunded. I replied that I want my money refunded first. They wouldn’t do it & do not respond to emails. This company should be investigated

Terrible. Paid for express shipping, it has been 2 weeks since I ordered and still nothing. They won’t refund me my money, only “discounts” like I’d ever want to spend my money with them again. Currently having my bank fight this battle since they just are offering me discounts and not refunding me. Package hasn’t moved either, I ordered these for my wedding last weekend. Ended up ordering through skims, got my items next day from skims. Do not buy from Shapshe it’s a fraudulent website
