We signed up for a 2 year cloud based phone system with BT. Tagged on to this was a contact for 3 phones on a lease agreement with Shire. Only this was for 5 years! This was not made clear by the BT sales team. We moved phone contact after 2 years but found we had to continue paying for the 3 phones no help, no early settlement, 5 years is now up we have paid a ridiculous amount and now they want us to send them back or a fine of £95 per phone will be charged. A company I would never do business with again.
