Amanda dealt with my requirements and compared finance with another company. I was very happy to proceed - everything was easy, efficient, finance deal to my liking and i was impressed with the speed and communication.

Worked with Liam Southall, to sort out some leases for some equipment we required. The process to get everything sorted was very simple, every part of process ran smoothly. good communication.

Do not use this company they will keep you in a leasing agreement even if no goods being delivered and you don’t receive anything

We signed a day before and made it explicitly clear needed items delivered that week, they are aware the company cannot deliver the goods and a day later we are entitled to cancel and they just take a backseat and say it’s between you and the supplier

Not sure how they are regulated but it’s not legal to do this will proceed legally

If you think you’ll be protected and this is a reputable company you won’t be

I have been using Shire leasing for nearly 10 years, in that time I have never missed a payment, always looked after the equipment provided, and felt I have a good relationship with them. This week due to a large bill I missed my payment to them and was immediately met with hostility and and passive aggressive phone call from Stuart Childs of their collections department, demanding payment before the 5 working day window.

Clearly loyalty doesn't mean anything anymore.

I have given 2 stars for the previous good service I have received but I am a bit disillusioned about whether to continue or not.

If this is how they treat their longstanding customers I advise anyone new to think ahead before using this company.

I found Shire Leasing proactive helpful and were always there if I needed them to look at options for any New equipment I may be looking at.

I've been with Shire for several years now, and they are my first contact. Ben (Hardman) is always supportive without being 'pushy' and is helping my company push forward in challenging times.

Honestly don't know if this is happening to only me. An explanation, that's all i want.

I have been back and forth through email to ask them to breakdown the loan amount that i currently have because I cannot for the life of me understand how I have so much left to pay off, all I want is for someone to explain it in detail so I can understand it a bit better but I can't even get that, all their doing is telling me to read the contract and sending me the amount I've been paying off, feel like their trying to constantly brush me aside and tell me to look at a document that I have asked them to explain because it doesn't make sense to me.

I was emailing back with Luke B and I found him incredibly rude via email, instead of trying to break this agreement down he's sending me links that I have questioned and didn't understand.

Honestly all this company has done so far is disappoint me.

While many finance companies take a 'friendly' position, not many follow through and I am happy to say that Shire Leasing, and in particular my contact, Emma Fellows, were both helpful and efficient. Paperwork was completed with no fuss, the credit checks were undertaken in a timely way and the credit options open to us were explained carefully and in plain language. Emma is good to work with anf continues to stay in touch with absolutely no pressure to buy, just options and interest.

We are using Shire Leasing for more than 5 years . The company is easy and transparent to work with, good rates and fast turnaround. Charlie is amazing to work with along with the whole team .
