Needed two replacement alloy rims for my otherwise perfect Mondeo. Fond these with the help from their customer setvice contact form and at a great price. Woild definately use again.

One star is too many took too long to arrive when came it was too late so asked for refund no reply at all. Absolutely rubbish. About as useful as a chocolate teapot

I had an issue with a set of Focus wind deflectors. Contacted Ford Shop on line - I received a reply within an hour. After several mails with Rizwan, the issue was confirmed an addresses. Excellent, prompt service and a special mention to Rizwan for his help - many thanks

Being treated very well and I was more than happy with the service I received. It reminded me how I always gave good customer service ( when working) and I was very pleased to receive updates as promised.

I have to say after reading a few reviews I was sceptical about ordering but choose to order anyway.

The order was processed and updates sent confirming purchase, dispatch and tracking number.

My oil came very well packaged and with absolute no issues. I will definitely be using Ford online for future purchases 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I previously had a good experience with the Ford Shop, which is why I chose to order from them again.

Unfortunately, this time has been really disappointing. Despite taking payment, no parts have been delivered, and communication has been non-existent - for almost 3 weeks.

Even the Ford dealership has been unable to get a response from them.

Given the volume of similar negative reviews online, this kind of service surely isn’t reflecting well on the Ford brand overall. My order number is 266543.

Edit: After eventually tracking down a contact number for a sister company, I explained the issue to the sister company & then received an email from shop.ford to say we've just dispatched your order! Fortunately the Ford dealership did an amazing job of rebooking & sorting the fitting so I'll increase the rating to 2 stars for actually eventually sending the order

Ordered a tow bar more than two weeks ago and still have no idea when it’s going to arrive, it’s ridiculous. The first parcel they sent contained only the electrics, they forgot to include the actual tow bar, then when they finally sent it DPD returned it to them as it’s apparently damaged. Still no tow bar has arrived. They don’t have a phone number and the only way to contact them is via email. They also bizarrely take 2 working days to dispatch an item even when they’ve messed up. Why does it take 2 working days to dispatch at item in 2025!?

I will never use them again. I purchased from them but I never received my order. No contact number and no help via email. I can not ask for refund.
AVOID THIS COMPANY.

I purchased and roof rack for my transit custom van priced at £654 on the 31st march 2025 and the date today is 10th April 2025but still have not received my item I have lost count of how many emails I have sent to the customer service support team with the same reply that they are very sorry to hear my item has not arrived and to give it another 48 hours I feel I have been patient and given them more than a fair opportunity to rectify this so I ask can I cancel my purchase and have a full refund as I have not received my item only to be told NO because the item has been posted so between shop Ford online and Evri parcel delivery service no one seems to know where my roof rack is and shop Ford are not prepared to give me a refund technically this is theft as I have paid for something that I have not received and shop Ford are not willing to refund my money I don’t know how this will end for me or what resolution that is satisfactory to me will be but I just wanted to let the general public know NOT to deal with this company if I didn’t know better I would think this is one big scam so please be aware the is shop Ford online something needs to be done about this company just look how bad the reviews are on the website I wish I had done that before making my purchase all the best to all the good and honest people out there this company simply just doesn’t care about negative reviews please let the power of the people get justice and make this company change their appalling customer service relationship and turn negative into positive Gary Humphris-day finally the parcel came today 2 weeks after order and payment I still believe it was poor customer service and this company need to up their game

Purchased a rubber boot liner for my Ford Kuga Mk 3.5 2024 Facelift model from shop.ford.
The boot liner was confirmed as being the correct fit for my car via the site from entering the VIN.
The part number was 2440338.
Sadly despite it being a Ford part and said to be made to fit my car, it is not good, putting it mildly.
The liner is not taylor made to fit the Kuga boot.
It has no shaping to fit the actual boot floor profile, instead it has roughly straight sides and because of this it just slides out of the boot space.
If it was taylored to fit into the boot recesses and if it was it would not be able to slide out.
I contacted Ford and their response was to return it.
Fine if all I wanted was a refund and not a Ford rubber boot liner to actually fit my Kuga.
Some might say take the refund and move on but if you actually need a product to fit and the manufacturer of your car, a huge one like Ford , can’t supply it then it’s not good at all.
Shame on you Ford.

Recently bought 2 sets of mats. Not only excellent quality but also customer service (by Hannah B) was 2nd to none, as one of the sets ordered was incorrect. Arranged rapid return and the replacement was delivered within days. Thoroughly recommend!

I used the website’s compatibility check to buy a part. I paid to have it sprayed but realised it was the wrong part when I went to put it on the car. After a long wait for responses and lots of back and forth I was sent a shipping label for a return. They said that their compatibility check has issues. The shipping label wouldn’t generate. I sent a further 5 emails to try and find a way of returning the part for a refund to which I got no reply. I am now out of pocket and stuck with a useless part. Very poor customer service.
