Hello. I ordered a complete set of paints, including a rust remover, from this shop. When the package arrived, I got to work—but as soon as I started using the rust remover, it sprayed everywhere and hissed continuously. The primer behaved similarly, while the paint and clear coat seemed dried out at the nozzle; the paint wouldn't come out at all. Customer service seemed okay at first—they even refunded the cost of the rust remover—but despite me explaining that the substance had sprayed all over my clothes and even into my eyes, their only response was to offer a refund or an exchange. Things went downhill from there. I filed a complaint regarding the remaining products, and they asked me to provide a video. Once I sent a video showing all the defective items, they stopped responding entirely. Never in my life have I encountered such disregard for a customer. Think twice before buying from this shop; I even caught them in a lie—they claimed that all products are checked before being shipped, so how exactly were mine checked? I am extremely dissatisfied; dealing with this company has cost me time, money, and even my health.

Sent the wrong colour. Emailed them to ask and they wanted pictures. Sent them pictures clearly showing they sent a blue paint for a grey car and not had a response to rectify.

Great customer oriented company. Products are a perfect match.

I ordered touch up paint for my bike, instead I received a bag with masking tape, sand paper and rust remover. When purchasing the paint I was asked if I wanted to add primer and lacquer to the order.
What was delivered was not what was ordered.

Colour wasn’t an exact match as they claimed, which didn’t matter completely where I was painting. The packing was pretty bad too, I had x2 spray cans rolling around in a big box with no bubble wrap or anything, so one of the cans arrived dented with paint inside the box. Not great really, but did the job.

I have not received my refund..please would you do this for me as paid for paint and you don’t have what is actually needed. Was informed that a refund would be made to me. Paula Vickers.

I ordered again however the colour is a million miles away !!!!!!!!!!

i ordered some paint to repaint an area on my bonnet of my car which is only 1 year old the paint is totaly wrong now i have to pay hundreds to get it painted profesionaly.do not use this company .it will cost you time and money.

I ordered my pen kit on 22nd August. As of 20 September still has not arrived and no email update. I have tried contacting but no luck. Will have to chargeback through my bank.
