Finding the right touch up paint eas roving impossible througj normal routes, however Madpaontd went the extra mile and found the right colour. Even the manufacturers main dealers were unable to supply. First class service and good price.

I received two different pens but no instructions so far haven’t used them as I don’t know which one to use also was expecting a brush to apply the paint to the car

Hit and miss. Touch uo box barley does anything and it leaves a naff finish however spray can worked beautifully.

I ordered some paint to cover up quite a few blemishes on my metallic white 10 year old BMW. Order no. MP 151074 . I had some queries after the paint arrived and was pleasantly surprised that on each of the three occasions my call was answered within a minute of the Introduction statement. The ladies I spoke were very clued up and able to answer my queries immediately. I used the paint as per the instructions and to my relief the colour match was perfect, the quality of the paint was very good and I am delighted with the whole experience. Thank you Mad Paints!

Ordered a touch up paint from their website on a Wednesday evening, by Tuesday had not heard anything about dispatch so emailed them to enquire. They responded with two emails, the first saying they couldn’t find my paint code and could I provide it and the second apologising for the delay and they will dispatch a replacement to be sent out to me.
I provided my paint code which is from a run of the mill family car, but then received a response saying they couldn’t mix that colour and they will refund me.
Perhaps the website could be updated to establish this prior to taking money from customers.

The colour match on the pen was great

After a recent 2nd order (Previous order about 3 years ago) i've been quite impressed considering recent reviews being poor. I'd say comms are quite slow, but product arrived about 5 days after order was placed, colour match is good. Would use again.

This company is a joke. Over a week and order is not dispatched. One more week and I will start clamming money back. Avoid!!!

This is the worst paint I have ever had the misfortune of buying. Every can of primer and topcoat just reacted and blistered on three different cars.

After feeing up the pulloff!! Caps. I then got down to the job, followed instructs but after 2 colour coats found the colour was totally wrong!
