Well packaged and fast delivery

My order was followed up to check the correct paint colour was provided and it arrived within a few days. I am still to use the touch up paint.

I ordered the paint twice and it's still not the colour of my car. Despite the fact that Midpoints asked for reg number and VIN number. Colour is not even close.What used to be. a scratch has now became a patch. Now a body shop is asking for £600 to fix it because of the patchy car. I have written a review already on Mad paint website around 2 weeks ago but nobody bothered to reply/ apologise/refund/ send proper paint. I am hoping they take trust pilot more serious.

Absolutely incredible match on my car so happy with the results matches 100% could get any better. Really appreciate it was worried about it but turns out i didnt need to worry at all it looks amazing

I ordered paint from them twice and they sent the wrong shade on both Occasions bunch of Cowboys not happy started spraying the car then had to send it down again. They sent me another Can and that was wrong as well now I am changing Company never using these Cowboys again.

Black golf GTD ,and the touch up kit was perfect ..on that basis I got what I asked for ..so I would recommend this company for touch up paints for your car ..

Placed an order June and it still hasn't be dispatched. I have chased the order several times via email to no response. When calling I get an automated response, told I am in a cue and it immediately hangs up.

Do not buy from them. No customer service.

I ordered from the company, trusting the quoted “100% colour match” - it then arrived, i applied it to my car & it was the entire wrong colour - a complete different shade - making my car look worse than before i had applied the paint! I then emailed asking for a refund & some more paint as compensation due to the state of my car, & was refused it. The company refused to acknowledge the fact my car was a mess due to their mistake & only offered a refund. I could not be more unhappy. Will not be returning

I ordered paint on August 1st; today is the 10th, and I still haven't received my order, despite paying for 3-day delivery. Ridiculous

Stated my paint was ok, charged my debit card but later said order cancelled no explanation.
At least I got payment refunded hence 1 star.

Very accurate paint colour. Pricey for a small tube but good for small chips and scratches.etc.

It arrived quickly and the colour is correct. Great price would recommend the company

No service at all. Ordered touch up paint, Mad sent an email a week later advising the registration I provided didn't register so I provided it again. As of today weeks later no paint and no communication, a complete lack of service. My advice do not use Mad Paints go elsewhere if you want to receive product and get the job done !
