The absolute worst online shop, ever. It's been one month since I've ordered my package and there's still nothing. In fact, it's still in the processing warehouse. For a month. Nothing has changed. Terrible service, you could do it yourself faster and cheaper

I purchased a pillow for myself. I loved it and my daughter wanted the same. We placed a new order. There, the problems started. It took an extremely long time for it to arrive from China (perhaps due to Corona virus). The post office failed to notify me so the pillow went back to China. I was told that I would have to pay extra to get it and that I would loose 30% if I cancelled. I decided to have a new go for the pillow and didn't have to pay for that. We are very happy that it arrived at last.

They charge you for a product and then send you a completely different item. Not an inferior version of the same product, A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PRODUCT!

They advertise a product through multiple social media platforms and accounts and later delete the advert in a bid to cover their tracks when you make a claim and to stop aggrieved buyers connecting with one another.

You'll also note that their Facebook pages don't allow comments from the public, which is telling. And to date I've only found one which allows reviews.

I'm currently struggling to get my money back via PayPal despite being able to prove the item I ordered (I screenshot my order at the time, pics and all!).
These guys are based in Singapore and know how to play the system to their advantage. I just don't understand why the likes of PayPal continue to enable them to do it?!

Note that the company behind these website scams is WORLDWIDE PACKAGE PTE LTD based in Singapore. Other trading names they use including Shopovia.co / Shopovio.co

They got me for $25 dollars they're fraud company.

I take back the 1 start this company " Shopreview" gets 0 stars. 👎 They're Frauds. Don't ever order anything from these people. They ripped me off $40 bucks! 😡 The Better Business can't do anything because there located in the UK.

I'm sorry I didn't read the reviews before I ordered online from this company. They are a scam. Their tracking numbers are useless. I still haven't received the items that I ordered. I will dispute the charges with my credit card company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

This is the worst shopping website I ever did business with. I think they are scam company. The customer service person is a total scam. Please do not use this company for anything. I lost a lot money ordering merchandise from this website.

Don't buy from this company and it's not a serious company. I made an order a month ago they immediately withdrew the money, but they never explained to me and they never sent me the package.

Shop review is truly an Scam they've swindle me out of forty dollars wish I would have read their reviews first .Lesson learned. Straight Scam

Saw an ad pop up somewhere, think on FB. Placed an order for one item. Paid an extra $4.95 for the Premium Express Shipping & Handling Fee, which shouldn't have taken no longer than 5 business days. It's been 10 business days and still haven't received the item. Never received a tracking number, after multiple emails with request and complaints, they still haven't reach back to me. Finally received an email today with what suppose to be a tracking number, it was totally useless, showed an error. Back to square one. Don't give these people your money.

And only because I had to pick a star in order to voice my experience. I ordered something like a week or two ago. I’m still waiting for a tracking number. They keep telling me that due to the demand they don’t gave enough bla bla bla! But then they’re good to send you an email trying to sell you the very product you already paid for which they don’t have due to a high demand! Total scam! Don’t get took! If I’d read these reviews I might of never spent my money on these low lives! Lesson learned!

The "www,shopreview,co" folks appear to be running a SCAM. After one month post ordering a pillow from them I followed up with them only to be told "they were so busy with all the orders they had not yet managed to ship my item". Given all the other negative reviews online I chose not to believe their story and wrote them a stern email back indicating I would write a negative review online and ask my credit card company to reverse the charge. Withing minutes I got an email SAYING they would "request" a refund which would need to be approved...I don't trust them at all....its like even the names of their support consultant's names appear to be made up to appear soft and woolly "Rachal Moore" ...more like a chop shop in the outer asteroid belt - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE FOLKS!!!

Order never shipped, cannot be cancelled or refunded. Placed an order for 2 pillows, got an order confirmation, but no shipment was made. I keep writing to customer service who say my order will be shipped shortly (order was now placed 1 months ago), but refuse to give any details as to the cause of the delay. They say once placed, an order cannot be cancelled and don't give a shipment deadline either. Obviously scammers. Avoid like the plague...

Oh dear. I wish I'd done my homework before ordering from Shopreview.co. I ordered two orthopaedic pillows from them 30 days ago, having seen them advertised on Facebook, but didn't receive a shipping notification or tracking number within their usual 3-5 working days. I emailed them two weeks later, and again today, and have just been sent a reply attaching the ridiculous Cancellation Policy, which says that orders cannot be cancelled or changed once they've been submitted. I am trying again through PayPal, but having read other reviews here, do not hold out much hope of receiving a refund. Will keep trying.

SCAM - no tracking number ever sent and no product will be calling Paypal this company have to be shut down. DO NOT USE

Awful online shop.The item when arrived was nothing like described was sent cheap stinky memory pillow which gave me sore neck awful quality arrived from China obviously don’t buy from them customer service rubbish

Utter frauds: luckily I have paid via paypal and I'm hoping for a refund. The customer service is polite, but utterly ignored your questions and gives you bo indication of your orders progress, if any. I was sat for 3 weeks constantly checking back with them for an orthopaedic pillow for my mother. Finally, I realised they were simply taking orders which they never intended to honour. The other company related to this is called worldwide package PTE Ltd.

I WISH I HAD DONE SOME TJEKKING BEFORE ORDERING.
I haven't got the item.
They always answer nicely for customer service, that they will tjeck with expedition department, but I never godt tracking number or the item.

Fraudulent company - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

My experience matches all the other reviews re deceptive selling practices, ridiculous no cancel/no return policy, no shipping updates, etc. Should have researched better. Total scam. Do not buy and spread the word.
