Product 3 sizes too small and did not get a refund or exchange
I ordered a Tummy Control Hip-lift Shapewear size XL. Per their size chart, XL fits a "suitable" 74-82 cm waist (29-32 in) and a "suitable" 60-70 weight (132-154 pound). That is where I fit in. The product I received fits a small sized woman at the very best. The website's chart is completely misleading and inaccurate, plus what the heck is "suitable" anyway? I asked for a refund or exchange. Emily Ross promptly responded that per their refund and exchange the item that I purchased is non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable. I know that when it comes to products coming from China I have to buy one or two sizes larger, but a product 3 sizes too small is ridiculous.

Ordered a bra from shopreview.co and received a cheap knockoff. Tried to write a review but it was not posted. Later when I inspected the photos that other “customers” posted in their “reviews” I see that the pictures are of the original product, meaning that all reviews are fake and uploaded by the scamming company. They also promise 1-2 week delivery - mine took 5 weeks, which is the time it takes when you order something from wish. But when you order something from wish at least you know it is a knockoff, and you can read true customer reviews before deciding to purchase or not.
This company goes all in to scam unknowing customers - DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY
