This is a scam site... from deceptive advertising at the beginning to a lack of true customer service at the end with a trickster ordering process in the middle. They flatly refuse to cancel orders. Buyer beware and take notice that 100% of their reviews are at the lowest possible level.

I am still being charged after I ordered. They have not given me my items. The shipment number was fake and they initially charged me $29.99 and keep charging me miscellaneous amounts stealing from my bank account!!!! I am contacting the bank in the morning. I think anyone should check if they key log you and take from your account!

Abosulute scam artists. Item never received but because they provided what I can only assume is a fake tracking number I can’t even get help from PayPal! They are onto a lovely little earner stealing money and sending nothing!

The Service is really bad my order was damaged when it arrived I told them about it and they wanted a picture of it before they can do anything about it. The problem is there's no where to sent a picture on their website. Will never order anything from them again I just lost right at $18:00 dollars. I will be telling everyone about this company and tell them if they want to lose money just shop at this company you will lose your order and your money but you will make these people millions.

Should have researched before buying from shopreview.co , unfortunately i was a victim of their scam also.

After reading and confirming everyone else's comments I felt a relieve I'm not the only one, but yes I too am a victim and suggest a petition or authority should be brought in for this matter. This company should be SHUT DOWN FOREVER AND BROUGHT TO JUSTICE, Compensate others who didn't receive FULL SATISFACTORY of product and full refunds to those who waited that long period of time. Enough is enough. No more scamming and stop this Shopreview.co.

This company is rubbish. Scammers! Liars!! It’s been 2months going on 3months and these mother f#####s keep saying it’s on its way.... where mother f#####s!!! 🤔🤔😡😡. They Ignore you when you ask for a refund. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD OWNED MONEY ON THEM!!!

I made a purchase on the 24 of September and received a notification of shipment a few days later. Didn’t get a tracking number for at least another week and when I track my package it said that both on the 5th and 15th (which is today!) that my package just arrived in South Korea. How long does it take packages to get sorted and flown out? Now mind you I paid for premium express shipping so I’d assumed that I would be receiving the package in 3-5 days minus the whole processing time. I emailed them to at least get an understanding since it’ll have been a month on the 24th of October, which is next week. Got a reply and was basically ignored and told to wait and keep tracking my package. Thanks Rachel I already know!

They sell products that don't work like they advertise, and with me, for example, I bought a bath sponge and they wanted me to video me bathing/showering to show them it didn't work--PERVERTS!!! I will NEVER purchase anything they sell ever again, and they won't give you a credit or refund.

Do NOT order from this company! I placed an order for a skincare product that NEVER arrived. Their "customer service" just keeps telling me it was delivered and keeps sending a bs tracking link that doesn't even list the address it was supposedly delivered to. They keep refusing to help or assist in anyway. This is a scam company and I will be reporting them to the #betterbusinessbureau. No one order from them unless you want your money taken!

This is a scam, the product the has on website is not the same as what they send to you. I order skin lightening ampule it show the imprinted on each ampules on website, but when you ordered they shipped to you the product without mark or imprint at all. Product shipped from China with no instruction and it not the same. I am afraid to put it on my face or skin

Rubbish product. Rubbish company, thieves and liers. I ordered a tummy control product in extra large, what they sent me One that wouldn’t fit a small child. After numerous emails and photos sent to them ,they promised me a refund. Empty promise. They obviously have no intention of refunding me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY.

Shop review is a rip off, sent me the wrong product and won’t except a return. They asked me to ship it back, it would cost $50.

Don’t waste your money. This is a scam and they won’t give me my money back! I tried it dry, I tried it wet, They told me I had to sent them videos of me using it. I sent them two videos and still no refund.

Shopreview.com doesn't even deserve one star! WORST COMPANY EVER! Placed an order in Feb, never received item. After many emails telling me to go to my local post office - who didn't have the item either - finally offered me a refund BUT I STILL HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING AND HANDLING FOR AN ITEM I NEVER RECEIVED! Its now August and I still do not have my money back.
