Total chaos. If you love queues come here. Queue to get in. Queue to get through for photos taking at entrance. Queue ages for lockers.

Then Queue for slides. Not enjoyable. They let far too many people in. Expect you to pay for a fast pass which you have to Queue to buy.

We had sunbeds by wave pool. Lockers were other side of park which we were directed to. When we wanted lunch had to trail to for when credit cards needed.

Then queue to get your food.
The lazy river is a joke. Completely ramned with rings. People falling off and feet in your face. Not enough current. If if wasn't for people pushing and shoving you wouldn't get round.

The few rides that i managed to get on were ok but very poor value for money.
Then if you Want fast pass nearly as much again as entrance ticket and can
only use once per ride.

The worst water park I've been to.
Poor singer around park and no queue times on the rides as you queue.

wonderful staff and tons of entertanment would 100 percent go back there free wifi too really recommend for first time holidays to go visit

War im Mai 2024 im siam park. Habe körperliche Einschränkungen, vielen Dank für die 21 euro Rabatt. Saubere Anlage, freundliches Personal, für jeden was dabei auch keine Wartezeiten am Wochentag. Gerne wieder.

I just want to say, thanks to all who left a review, I was going to go to the Siampark in June but it looks like its overpriced and not worth it, queues, awful staff, food, overcrowded... Maybe if people stop going there it will teach them a lesson...They don't want tourists in Spain anyway.

Queued 45 minutes to get through the gates, then 30 minutes for a locker. Kids 8/6 both disappointed and felt like it wasn't that good.
Like everyone else says far to many people are let in for it to be a pleasurable experience. We've had a better time at some UK water park.
Not worth the €300 it cost me.

I have never met such rude staff in my entire life!! Total chaos at the coco bar. People waiting for food for over an hour after queuing for 20 mins initially to pay. It was burgers, hot dogs and fries for Christ sake!!
One girl in particular “Paula” snatched my ticket number out of my hand so Viciously! Was un called for, which I told her! A barrage of Spanish abuse followed from her mouth… this girl needs taking to task by her manager! Rude bad mannered young lady!
The manager eventually came to bring order to the place. A little too late!!
Will not be visiting again! 🤬

We were there for Christmas and it was great. Weather was warm enough and my 7 yr old boy had a fabulous time with all the fun rides. No queue or only short queues for most of the rides. Maybe christmas was the right time to visit!

Ps we’d like to purchase the koi fish plush toy from the floating market please! My daughter lost it and there’s no other place selling the same toy. It’s been almost a year and she’s still heart broken…

The worst organised water park ever!

Pure greed sees this park let in far more than should ever be allowed in resulting is ridiculous queues to get on rides OR pay another £28 for a fastpass which entitles you to use once on each ride, but still queues using the fastpass!

On the two times we have been, both occasions queued over 1 hour for food, it is the same queue if you simply want a drink!

The "free" buses back are absolute chaos and a total free for all, despite there being numbers of Siam Park staff there to police.

Orlando is on another level in every single way, as are the many water parks across Europe.

This place is truly awful and will not be returning for a 3rd time.

Just awful. Paid 365 euro for 5 premium tickets. Spent 1.5 hours queuing to get in/lockers etc, before had even an opportunity to get wet.

Despite the fact that there was an issue with their IT system ( no QR code), the first delay (40 mins to just get in), didn't warrent and apology.

Queues for the rides were astonishing and could not get food. Probably one of the most expensive lessons I have had.
Example, we queued 1 hour and the ride took 30 seconds (the dragon).

They have admitted way too many people and this is March. Can't even imagine what it would be like in high season.

Our teens gave up and went back to our own pool. Kids felt bad as they knew it cost a lot, but we had to admit defeat

Spitzenpark, im Internet gebucht, links an den Kassen vorbei eingecheckt. Einfach toll. Das Komplettpaket ist nicht optimal, da Gutscheine nur in einem einzigen Restaurant eingelöst werden können.

Asolute scam. When I arrived today I found that they closed my main attraction, the wave pool. They charged even full price and I was completely frustrated.
The manager told me that they have the right to set their prices as they want. They put a small letter notice on their website which I missed because it was too small to notice. When I wanted to return my money and leave they said they do not refund anything, this is their business policy. So that I can leave without my money. Their policy should comply with low. Never e here again.

Siam Beach is closed. The park is now bordering on dangerous moving hundreds of people across into the Lost Kingdom so they can sit there.
Rides over an hour.
Food over an hour.
The smell of pee at the top of the slides is beyond digusting.
No hope of a refund. Read all the negative views and believe them. I just based my views on coming here five years ago. I had no idea the place has turned into this.
Queued from 4.40 to 5.30 to get the bus back to the hotel. Luckily mansged to get on it. Looked like around 80 didn't.

Der Park ist schön angelegt und bietet sicherlich viel Spaß. Bei uns aber leider nur Frust. Erst am Eingang für die Tickets anstehen (besser onlinebuchen). Danach bis zur Kontrolle noch einmal anstehen. Ist man endlich im Park geht die Suche nach einem Schließfach los. Ebenfalls langes anstehen u. nochmal extra bezahlen ohne Rückerstattung bei Schlüsselrückgabe. Hatman es soweit geschafft, sind mindestens 11/2 h um u. man ist noch nicht einmal gerutscht. Schlechte Beschilderung u. erneutes Anstehen, um einen Reifen zu ergattern. Dann wieder anstehen, um einmal kurz zu rutschen. Der Spaß bleibt somit total auf der Strecke. Ausreichend Sitzplätze od. Liegen für die Menschenmassen -Fehlanzeige. Das ist pure Abzocke auf Kosten derer, die Eintritt + Geld für Schließfach gezahlt haben. Wir waren sowas von enttäuscht, sowohl Eltern als auch Kinder. Schade, daher keine Weiterempfehlung von uns.

The closure of the main beach area and wave pool was a huge disappointment but this also means that the main restaurant is also closed resulting in a one hour wait in line for a burger at the coco bar. Frustrating that lunch took up about 90 mins of an already busy day with big wait queues. Think you’d be best to avoid the park until the main area re-opens in March. Not many beds around at all and really not worth it for us today.

Really fun water park for families and adventurous adults. For the thrill seeking, the massive waterslides are second to none and the saifa is the best slide I've ever been on. However, it is extremely disappointing that the wave palace is undergoing renovation and there are no notices in English announcing this before you buy a ticket: for people who do not like massive waterslides, this is a huge let-down as there are few slides that are suitable for those who want a more relaxing experience. I am also disappointed they stopped the half-price ticket for second visit tickets as during busier times it is impossible to get on all rides in one day. Still a fabulous day out, but it can be so much better.

Water is really cold. They don’t warm it…

I bought tickets that includes 15€ for ”buffet” . I cannot use that money in all places and it’s only for food….not for crepes or chips or ice cream!!!!

Siam park is a total RIP OFF!!!!

A must visit

Otroligt häftiga åk, dom få man hann åka. Köerna var jätte långa till allt, typ 45 min-1 timme. Fastpassen var begränsade och för få. Vi hann med 5 åk under 1 heldag, resten av tiden gick åt att köa!!! Du får inte ta in något att äta trots att alla matställen var underbemannade, få och åter igen, långa köer pga 1 person som tar emot beställningar och bara 1 som tillagar allt. Men åken var jätte häftiga, resten gjorde att det blev en väldigt, väldigt dyr dag då du inte hann utnyttja allt till fullo. Och detta var ändå under lågsäsong!!!!! Prisvärdare alternativ finns och vem som bedömt att detta är Europas bästa förstår jag inte, han/hon var nog själv den dagen....
Rekommenderar inte ett besök där pga långa köer, dåligt organiserat och väldigt dyr entré avgift med tanke på hur lite man hinner med under denna korta öppettid!!!!
